It's frustrating that the app no longer works when a new version is released. I was in China where Google is blocked thus unable to use app for 10 days. Not good.

We have recently gone to BT Cloud Phone however both the app and the phone rings which bugs out the phone and then it eventually crashes and restarts my phone. Spoke to ring central a few times however even the latest update doesn't work.

This app. needs to improve and to become more user friendly. Transferring incoming calls between users is not good as you don't get a chance to talk to the recipient. This needs to be improved.

This app works really well. Why would you buy a pbx? Much more flexible and scalable

Phone calls seem to be mixed up between the BT App and the in built mobile phone. Quite often the mobile rings then the bt app and the call is cur off. Also I've had customers tell me I'm not available. There's no messages and the app should be running in the background. It's not till I force the app to close and reopen it and then I get a load of missed calls and messages appear. Early days but not impressed so far!
