My Firestone

I'm having the same issue with loading when trying to put in my car info. I can get special offers, but also having trouble with finding my location when trying to find stores!

When I try to "add vehicle" all it does is say, "loading." I would think it would load within a few minutes. Still after an hour, it is still loading. Updated today to version 2.58 Uninstalled and then restarted phone, then re-installed app. Then restarted phone again. Still says loading, but never gets past "loading."

Can't add vehicles, just says loading after you press the add vehicles icon. Also, can't select my Firestone store. After entering my zip or using GPS will not return a list of stores.

Why is the App not linked with my card account or vise versa it would be a lot easier when it's time to pay the bill

FINALLY an update to fix the crashing. Nice to see someone who is responsive to app feedback. Great job.

Intermittently won't allow you to set appointment, just stops working

For some reason your app does not accept a city. I tried Saint Simons Island ,GA and it says enter a valid city. It is valid.

Hated it! Totally useless! Downloaded maintenance records, but app aborts every time I try to look at the records.

Updated but doesn't work. I cannot access invoices and keep getting error messages that the app has stopped.

Impossible to get in to make a payment I'm going back to the phone to make it

I've been using this up for few years now and now for the last week or so it crushes every time I click to view the firestone repairs records. It allows me to view my own records created by me though. Until it's fixed it's useless to me. Too bad

App was very helpful with keeping up on services history for my vehicles. Now it is useless since the last update. It will allow you download service history but not access them. Comes back with message saying: Unfortunately, My Firestone has stopped.

App crashes. It is appropriate since I have decided to go elsewhere after 33 years of using the local franchise. Since they changed owners the local franchise is about as worthless as this app has become.

This used to be a great app.. what happened? I can no longer view my service history and all services that I manually entered not done by Firestone are no longer there.. total loss. Very frustrating. Please fix the app

I love that you can keep all your car information in one place, find a store, see deals, etc. However, the app never actually works properly. It crashes every time I try to make an appointment, I have to re-download my information for each car just about every time I open it, and it will randomly close whatever section I am in and bring me back to the main screen of the app.

App is useless. It used to let me schedule an appointment with no problem but now it says to call the store after I've entered all of the info.

Seemed like a great app, but one of the most core functions doesn't work. Service History-->View Service Records-->Click any service record-->"Unfortunately, My Firestone has stopped." Nothing works.

now maintenance history doesn't work. The only thing I used n liked abt this app. now I m going to back up all info somewhere else b4 this doesnt work completely. I m going to look for something similar elsewhere

Since the last update, the app does not allow you to view service records. When you try to access individual service records, you get an error message saying that the app has stopped working. This is the primary function of the app in my opinion. If it does not work the app does not work. Once it is updated I'm sure I will write it more highly.

Since the latest update, the app cannot schedule appts., questions my connection, (there is no connection issue), and randomly force-closes. I used to use this app for all of my vehicles...

Used to be great ... Now it doesn't work! Tracked gas mileage and now only get fill ups ... Not mileage. What happened to service history?

Does not work since the latest update. As other users have said, can download but app stops working I'd you try to view. Need to do something folks.

It download my car's history, but them keeps crashing whenever i want the history. Previously it had worked great, so it seems like the current version has glitch

I've been trying to use since I installed the app last week, but, every time I go to retrieve my service records I get an error message. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried from direct internet and on Wi-Fi. I send the report each time I'm prompted, but still nothing.

Love the concept of this app as I use Firestone for all of my vehicles maintenance but it crashes every time I try and download the service records? Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.

Crashes with every use, regardless of device. Service History inoperable, haven't tested other features because without service history it's basically useless.

Finally added app after being a regular at shop and after reading reviews I am concerned how well app truly is. Also app doesn't recognize my city North Las Vegas, it only recognizes Las Vegas in Nevada. :(

Like that I can view my service record but don't like that I can't actually see the details of the service. The app just stops working whenever I try viewing more details of the service record.

After updating the app, it stops working! Will this issue be fixed? Being able to look at service records is very helpful.

App constantly crashes. I'm unable to view my service records. I had backed up my data to the Firestone, but it doesn't work when I try to restore.

Crashes everytime I try to download an invoice. Loved the app before this last app update. Please correct this issue.

App crashes on my Google Pixel every time I open a service record. It's real annoying but because that's the one peice of information I do want to use.

This used to be a pretty good app, but now everytime I go to check my vehicle service history the application crashes. It's not worth the space it takes on the phone anymore.
