This app is good and easy to process but now I am facing an issue with app. For first time I have successfully invested and redeemed amount. But now getting error that my KYC is not updated with folio. I have checked already with customer support team and according to them KYC is updated for my folio and having some issue with app. This problem should be resolve at earliest.

Hi, after re-installing the app, not able to access old account. What is the procedure to withdraw the money from Cash plus growth direct plan?

This is app is worst.It comes with instant redemption but I deposited through net banking in app but even after 2 days it is not showing my money

I think I will be withdrawing every penny I have invested with you.. after updating the app, My portfolio has completely vanished I have more than 60K invested with you & the app shows that I have insufficient balance.. the option to see my investments and returns have completely disappeared.

Have been using the app for last 9 months, but did not face any difficulty, but today when I wanted to withdraw, it is showing insufficient balance, this is not acceptable it didn't work when it is needed the most

Worst app please dont download . I have placed a request for withdrawal on 23rd Oct but even after 7 days i have not received my money back. Even nobody replies to emails also.

Money got deducted from account. They use your money and says transaction error. And will give money back after 10 days. Happened to me 3 times.

Very good app. One click away from investing in quality mutual fund. One concern is there that as I am increasing my investment in this, my rate of interest is going down. Will it improve??

I have two portfolio in bsl. But active a/c shows only one on home page. If I want to withdraw or transfer in other folio there is no option.

Very poor service. For changing name no response from last 2 months. pathetic response from customer service department even after submitting same documents physical forms,asking for same documents. Pls do not invest in this company, bcoz this company will not give your money back

Application is very nice. But it is taking 5 to 7 days to activate my money transferred through Debit card. Similarly it is taking 3 days to deposit widrawal money into my account. Please fix this issue

Worst financial app., log out is simply closing the app. Not able to view investment after reinstalling the app

This is a waste app don't trust and invest your money will be gone due to technical error. Neither it will get invested nor it will come back to your account

Only one Bsl cash plus schmes is available for investment. Why not other schemes are reflecting?

how in the world does ur app scan adhaar. held the camera forever neither it scans bar code nor does it capture image on tapping.

I change my mobile, now login with new device, application not show my amount.

There is no any option inside to map already holding liquid MF. Works if you start the Folio from inside at the beginning.

Where is my money? I added 25000rs and earned 1100rs interest. Today I checked and it shows 0rs account balance. Where is my money went?
