I preferred the old app before this update. Even though layouts changed the broadband shield still has to be set up online. Now you can't even be transferred online from the app itself which is even more frustrating.The older version was so much simpler to use than this new one. Sign in was with a pin number. Now username/email is required. Whats the difference between this app and the online setting? I would rather use the online than this app. Please bring back the old app.

I didn't even want to give this app 1 star, it's terrible since the update. No problems before update. Trouble signing in, cannot access my details, cannot pay my bill. Just keeps freezing or comes up error. Get it sorted please. I'm not spending 20 minutes on my mobile trying to ring up sky to pay my bill!!!! I pay sky enough per month as it is.

Sky I don't understand why you felt the need to change or "make the app better" because it's not better. I can't see my latest bill only my last bill I had to call sky to find out what it was. Isn't the whole purpose of the app to make things easier for the customer. Work on it if ya don't mind!

Everytime i try to sign in i am told it doesnt recognise sky account number and postcode. Have also tried it with username and last 6 digits of my bank details and it still doesnt work

Like others, whenever I try to sign in, it does not recognise user name or password, but when I try to re-register, it says that user name already exists. Bug clearly needs more work!

You cannot remove all products using this app. To remove e.g. Movies, you have to call Sky. Not good enough. If you can add anything using this app, then you should be able to remove it too, using this app.

It is not I ly your website but whenever I attempt to sign in I am always told my website is not recognised or the password is incorrect - 5they both are as I use them on a daily basis.

What does this app actually do!!! I've had nothing but issues with sky broadband, thought this was going to help with testing my speed etc. But no yet again another issue sky, time to perhaps leave sky completely and app deleted, waste of space on my phone

Installed this to see my broadband usage and actual speed. Speed was reported as 0Mbps and usage reported as unlimited. Utterly useless!

Data not available I was quite happy with the previous Sky Services app, which disappeared from my apps list. I then downloaded this one, only to find that it returned Data Not Available for broadband speed and usage. Totally hopeless.
