Used to be have paytm and other payment support. Now it does not show any other options except pay using Airtel billing. Also, this option keeps failing 9 4imes out of 10 every time. Also, the tags are not in proper format. Unable to read tags in ant other player even though I purchased the song.

The playlists shuffle and repeat functions randomly switch and the player keeps auto pausing. It's so annoying when I'm trying to run and I have to keep meddling with my phone cause the music stops playing and the same songs keep repeating if I double click my headphone button. Ahhh.... why???

I cannot Play "already Downloaded Songs" without internet. That means I I don't have internet connection or if I'm traveling and lose connection I cannot listen to my already downloaded songs in this App. Used to be a wonderful application but this new change is not acceptable.

Bad experience cause I had a account and I added many songs in ofline. For my personal problem I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But when I install it again and open my account with my old registered number, I surprised that all offline songs are omitted from my account

Disturbing ads. Not offering the services even after paying Rs 1000 Jio is giving in 149. Now asking for more for ad free music. I would better stop it. There is decency in playing ads Voice appears in middle of song suddenly stopping the music.
