Bryton mobile app 2016

Good App, weak documentation. If you can't connect to your Brighton device using Bluetooth, turn on both Bluetooth and Location Services. The need to do this is buried in an FAQ on the website. Once I did that, everything worked fine.

It doesn't do anything. A screen opens up saying smart sport life and that's all. Program just stays stuck there. My phones a Samsung s4.

Seriously please fix this problem. My normalised power on the bryton itself and the app differs from the NP on strava.

Seriously biggest waste of my time and money trying to get this to work correctly. Whats worse is the corporate response to my pleas for help from the so called support !! Very much we have your money now go away !! Frankly i am disgusted.

Can not login! Strava login still do not work! Do You read these feedbacks? Warning for new users: PLEASE, DO NOT BUY BRYTON PRODUCTS!! BRYTON DO NOT WANT FIX THEIR APP.

For those who have problem with Strava, make sure you dont have any other Bryron account logged in with the same Strava account synchronized, else you will fail to do so with your current login.

Using bt sync, no workouts will be uploaded. UUID is always shown and a progress bar that stays at 0%, and 0/0 activities. Such a shame cos when it works, it works really well.

lots of bugs, devices and software , support not responding, worst manufacturer on earth. recommendation to all, stay away.

Strava login issues. Won't sync up. Please fix ASAP!

Does not connect with my bryton rider 60. Very disappointed

It sucks I can't even sync my rides to strava!!! FIX the app.

This app not always can be sync from Bryton device

Updated software on the Bike Computer, since then trips wont upload to my phone or sync with Strava

After update, Bryton simply log out my account...

Works just as advertised. I would like however to see a total of kilometers in the Activity tab

even on Android oreo, everything works normally

There are a few of my rides that would not synch with Strava. Frustrating

Not syncing with Strava since the update. Route creation is barely functional.

Trip planning doesn't work, BT upload takes forever. A feature to plan interval sessions and other workouts would be nice. Don't need the app to analyse my workout, there are so many other platforms that ssh that better, focus on making customization and uploading more user friendly. Your hardware is fantastic!

Its not a great app, but it is functional and does everything it should, not sure why everyone can't use it

Problems again, and again they appeared after an update. Can't login, still shows this Barringer login, can't even change that. But what's worst, I can't pair my rider 310 with my new phone and via app also.

Can't sync with WiFi or Bluetooth. Bryton 330 need to set +1 hour for time saving manually. Very disappointed!

Em uso com o 310. Funciona bem,a sincronização dos exercícios por BT demora um pouco. A análise dos exercícios na aplicação é muito completa.

This is seriously the worst app ever. Can't sync with WiFi or Bluetooth. Absolutely the worst user interface and unable to report issues even tho it asks you to report. Seriously Bryton sort it out. No point buying these things if the apps can't be supported.

I havent had any issues. I have both a garmin and a bryton and yes the garmin user interface is much nicer but this one does the job perfectly as described. The unit (rider 100) was more reliable than even my garmin.

Unable to sync data via wifi. test the china version apps work find but there are many Chinese language and also doesn't sync with strava. please fix the problem since transferring data quite fast using wifi instead of Bluetooth.

Can't use anymore since update! All data gone and logs me as Barringer! Wont allow me to pair my 100 because already in use! Yes by me!! Says contact cust services by email but waste of time as they don't respond!! Now left with a device that records rides but can't upload data! Sort this out Bryton!?!?!

Cannot login using my strava/facebook. Later sign up acc using email cannot connect download workout data from rider310 May 2017 update- useless as before. Dont buy

I'm unable to pair my Rider 310 with my phone(Xperia Z5 Compact). Please fix this. Update - Still can't pair following 30/03/17 update. Works on other phones. Update 05/04/17 - still won't pair.

After every update All data from activities disappear and a new account is maked, so my bryton ID is linked to an unkowing account and I can't upload results only via USB

Absolutely useless. Unable to pair with Rider 100. I have been able in the past.

After updating the software . My Rider 310 can't paired with app . Stating that UUID already paired with another Bryton Account . Pls fix it ! I only have 1 Strava and Bryton account . How can this happened ?!!

I can't even log in, the app keeps saying to enter a valid email, which I have, but doesn't accept it.

I can't connect nexus6-bryton310; if I try to connect the device (bryton) turn off; I just can to upload manual my fit file in strava account.

only 1 bryton can connect ..i upgrade to 530 but i cant upload data because my 310 connected

Looks like I'm throwin' £700+ worth of head units away. This app stinks. Doesn't work with Rider 60 at all. No syncing with app. Can't upload files to account on P.C. unless you drag n' drop. Open up ride file and only time n' distance available. No heart rate, cadence, splits, gradient. Just chuffin awful. Get a grip Bryton!!
