Backup SMS, Contacts & Apps

I had to factory reset my phone so I had backed up all my information to this app and using Google I figured it would actually work. I was hoping I would be able to download it again after my factory reset and use it to pull the information back down on my phone. YEAH NO!!!!!!!! DID NOT EVEN REMOTELY WORK!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APP! not waste your time! Find another one because this one does not work and you will be very sad to lose your information.

The call log restore went great on a couple of ROMs I used, but sadly the SMS didn't work on either cm12, omnirom or cm11. Sorry 2 stars..

I am failed to save ta back up sms on external storage. Failed to create folder it says

Not able to restore messages received from servers (non mobile number)

This app is stupid doesn't let you restore your messages

It shows error messages when trying to re install backuped software

Work very well with a clean UI ! Nice. After 2 years it still does a great job. Maybe one of the greatest and simple tool for backup ...

.Simple easy smart backup.a dd app data backup option pls that is missing........but not auto backup on my redmi 3s prime.i dont know why pls help

SMS restore doesn't work. DO NOT INSTALL

Backups are visible in phone directory but can't move them to a computer over USB cable prior to phone reset. No good.

Definitley it goes for establishing a backup of sms, call logs, contacts and so on. But restoring them is a failure.

Extremely simple! Worked like magic from the very minute after installation. I just can't believe how terrific this app was written and how incredibly simple it is to use. Good job!

It's a simple and nice app can be great if there is an option of transferring backed up data via WiFi or Bluetooth to other smartphones

I tried to restore SMS however not showing anything. I am so stupid that I trust this app and deleted my old phone data.

I am using this app from the very first version. But I was having problem in showing correct data balance after update 41. After posting query on whatsapp, developer worked on it for more than a day to resolve it. Finally they supplied me a new update of application. And now it is working fine. I really appreciate the dedication towards the work. All the best.

My only problem with this app i cant restore the sms that i backup..

Despite REPEATED attempts to SELECT the back-up location to extSDcard,it FAILED to do so !!!

Had to use another app to restore my SMS backup made by this loser app. On Nexus 5 running Android 6.0

I have taken backup of my text messages using the application. However I am not sure how do I restore the same. Please suggest

Works good on xiaomi note 4g. Succeeded where other apps failed for me.

This app is excellent, however improvements should be done on how contacts are viewed because its not user friendly otherwise this is a very good app

I took a backup and I did factory reset, when I try to restore my data its showing successfully restored... But single sms is not restored.. I lost my important details

Had problems backing up Chrome bookmarks using other apps but this one worked perfectly.

Simple and efficient

Each time I tried to restore, it wouldn't OR (most commonly) it would crash... Tried several times with different settings, different options, different target file.... The ONLY app (after trying several) was SMS backup and restore. Hope it helps
