VW Scanner

VW Scanner is has been developed by Venue West Conference Services for the scanning of name badges at conferences and events. The software can be used in both an offline setting where information can be downloaded at a later time or online where information will be displayed in real time on a custom website.

SESSION SCANNING
The session scanning component can be used to record attendance at sessions for continuing education credits in a variety of industries.

EXHIBITOR LEAD RETRIEVAL
The exhibitor lead retrieval component allows exhibitors to efficiently scan delegates name badges to record their information and contact later on. If the app is being used on a device connected to the internet, the attendees information can be downloaded instantly.

ENTRANCE CONTROL
The entrance control component can be used to ensure that attendees have the authority to enter the event or only certain areas. Name badges can be removed from the system, ensuring that someone does not give their name badge to someone else.
