Well I purchased the app on the premise of; Being able to watch or stream. My movie watching experience to my Smart T.V .To only discover that I was not able to do so; Which really sucked. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 0. Is because I respect the actors and actresses; Of this time period. And my love for Black Cinema. The quality of the movies were great though. I just wish that one glitch can be fixed. Thanks in advance.. A potential loyal customer

The Mack and Black Ceaser were great films I like from the 70s. And I haven't seen The Mack since I was a kid and it was good they had both mivies available to watch. There's some pretty sick movies but not enough, so the selection/variety is kinda limited. But besides that I don't have any complaints.

I feel like the app (company) pulled a bait and switch. I love the show Saints & Sinners but unfortunately moved to an area where Bounce is not available. I was excited and ever so willing to get this app and pay the monthly subscription fee. During my trial week period, was able to watch the show without any problems. My payment was taking out of my account 2 weeks ago, and now the show will not load. Everything else does, but I didn't get this for everything else, only this one show. I will be cancelled my subscription.

I really like being able to access ol' school black movies at a mere swipe of a finger. However I wish they had Harlem nights & Undercover brother in the selections just to name a few. Also I've been having issues with my movies freezing up on me while hearing the movie continue on the back ground. I checked It's not my phone or the wi- fi. It's the app. I looked for a way to improve on app but no way to improve this problem. Other than that I am thankful & appreciative toward all responsible for having this app available. Great app & ty!

What happened to Uptown Saturday Night, Lets do it Again, Come Back Charleston Blues , Sounder etc.... I thought it was those old movies. Good selection but you dont even have Claudine or Cooley High now u know.

Take Saints & Sinners off!!! It has no place on this app. I love you, Bounce, but pls stop trying to cram this Empire rip-off down our throats. You play it way more than enough throughout the weekend. This is for the love of these type of movies only.

I love the app! Because I love old afro american movies from the 70's. I watch my favirites...Uptown Saturday Night. Let's Do It Again and everything starring Ms. Pam Grier! The only thing I don't like, is that the app doesn't stream Saints and Sinners live. I have to wait until Monday to watch it. You guys need to fix this immediately. And please add Which Way Is Up starring Richard Pryor. The Color Purple. The Women of Brewster Place. Claudine. Mahogany. Lady Sings The Blues. The Wiz.

I just purchase this yesterday 3/24/17 now it won't let me sign I tried password reset font work clear data don't work it say account already in use. I uninstalled and installed it again same thing. It say sign in I did nothing can you fix this problem or refund money back. Love the app but just not working

I'm not really happy with the app, it showed a line up of movies, but I saw one I wanted to see and it wasn't in my line up. I watched two movies but not really happy with them. So I would like to unsubscribe. Cancel my subscription. Thank You Sonja Huff

Finally I can watch my peeps movies! There is a problem with screen goin' black and only hearing audio when this happens the screen says "loading" but nothing happens. So I force stop the app and its fine & then it does it again in less than 60 seconds. I'm using a new ZTE ZMax Pro 32gig cell with 32gig SD card, with mobile data & high speed WiFi. Please fix with update if possible or let me know any tweaks I can do on my end. Much Love & His Peace. waiting...

This app sucks!!! The shows/movies buffer, freeze and streaming lags. I just signed up to watch season 2 of saints &sinners but I will cancel this trial on day 1. This app is definitely not worth $3.99 per month. Bounce tv needs to put the new season on it app. A waste of space, time and money this app. BUYER BEWARE!!

I like the app so far, just uses a huge amount of data if your not using wiFi. 1½ movies sucked up 2gigs????. The issues people are having, I'm not experiencing. I AGREE-NEED MORE MOVIES Streams fine-play back is fine. JUST SUCKS DATA LIKE NO BODIES BUSINESS

I've had this app for a whole week and it hasn't worked at all. It has an error everyday. If it wasn't for me trying to watch Saints and Sinners I would have already deleted it. This is ridiculous

Please update the app the text is not legible. Please add all the the African-American shows like the quad, rebel, power, movies like all Tyler Perry movies, welcome home roscoe jenkins, old tv shows like sanford and son, moesha, amen, and the new black wizard of oz please.

It keeps telling me to connect to a device. What was the point of downloading the app if I can't watch saint and sinners. Such a big disappointment

Literally just downloaded because I was extremely happy to try the service. Logged in, and the app will not stop trying to make me connect to a nearby device. I'm trying to watch on my phone and I can't make it stop trying to connect. HELP! I need to hear something in the next couple days or I'm gonna have to cancel my subscription before it has even begun and I really want to support this app!

Bait and switch is right. Immediately uninstalled because of the persistent cast bug. Had high hopes for this service, it seemed to be a good one. UI looks good just lacking some essential features, need to work on UX...will check back in a month or two when they iron out the kinks.

I need to know how can I update my credit card information I go to manage my account and it's just a black screen. Can someone assist me.

I like the app but it's constantly asking me to cast to a device and I'm not able to watch any shows due to the constant pop up asking to connect to a cast. I had to cancel my subscription because if I can't watch any of my favorite shows I don't need the subscription or the app. But it was good when it did work.

Love the idea and the classic 70s cinema. I tried the free week trial but still had to pay to start account. I didn't mind since it's a few bucks a month for my favorite era of movies. I was disappointed to not see The Mack, Superfly or J.D.'s revenge which are easily 3 of top 10 70s Soul Cinema of all time. Would also suggest adding Black Dynamite. These should be mainstays on the app.

I was disappointed that I could not stream through Roku. I have a Samsung smart tv and it doesn't have chrome cast built in it. All the other movie streaming apps work great why can't this be done on this app. As a matter of fact I was streaming when there app was advertised. Sucks, its a great concept.

It's BS! One of the main shows I want to watch won't even play, keeps saying error message. It stopped once they took that $3.99 off my card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP! Also when I tried to email them about my issue it said this mailbox doesn't exist smh... I just went ahead and unsubscribed. I feel like you all knew what you were doing. A refund would be appreciated for my inconvenience.

The constant buffering is annoying. No one wants to use an application and have to constantly click retry. Man, I was hoping this app would work properly.

This is an update to my first response. Now the app doesn't work at all. I canceled my subscription and downloaded the bounce app which this company owns. And the free app also doesn't work as it should. It just freezes! I'm doing all of this to watch saints and sinners. Below is my first review. I'm really disappointed I keep getting a cast to nearby device pop up. Before that the movie kept freezing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can't finish my movie smh. Please fix the issue asap! I can't watch anything with the pop up on the screen and it doesn't even give you a cancel option. So now I'm paying for a service I can't use. If these issues can be resolved it would be a great app.

I have the app on my apple iphone and i love it. But i have a problem putting it on my person computer which is a HP personal computer. Can i put it on this device? Also do I have to pay for two Subscription? Just questions I would like to know. D

I absolutely love this app!!! Got it when it first came out in November and I never had a problem with it. The only issue I do have is you need more material. Also liked it more when there were more movies from the 70's but I get it. All I need is a little more variety and a heads up on what's leaving and I'm good to go.

Emailed support regarding not being able to watch Saints and Sinners season 2 and they fixed it within one minute problem solved. Happy with service.

The streaming is not working on my Chromecast. I love the content but I don't want to be restricted to just watching on my mobile device. I got the app for flashback Friday night movies at the house and drinks food and my cell phone will not work.

Does not work at all. Please do not charge me any more money. Hasn't worked since I installed it. Please, please, take my account off ur system. Charge me another penny and I'm going to report this to the BBB.

I love Saints and Sinners, but for last 3 days, its not working. I removed app and added back in, still not letting me watch show, I clicked on episode 4 and it freezes and goes back to main screen.

I downloaded app yesterday to watch saints and sinners. I haven't been able to watch any videos at all. I continue to get an error message, I contacted brown sugar support thinking i would be up and running in about an hour or so, but my problems still exist. It's been over 12 hours and I still can't watch a video at all. I don't see a customer service phone number either, so I have to continue to wait for emails which is making things take longer. It will be better if they will fix the problem altogether all the issues are the same from what I'm reading . If this issue isn't fixed soon I will be canceling my subscription.

Every time I try to open the app it says "error loading configuration. Please try again." I pay a monthly subscription to not be able to watch anything. This has been going on for the last week. I guess I will be canceling

STILL, Wondering after 6 days why no one has responded to the fact that I can't login to my account and I have contacted you all via email! If one purchases an app, he/she should have the option to watch on multiple TV's!!!! Not the case here... I will be UNSUBSCRIBING!!! It's glitches,at best! Poor quality... I'm having trouble viewing some of the the older movies. I might have to go back to Netflix,if they don't fix the problems.

My Brown Sugar keeps saying "error, try again" every 2 minutes. Can someone explain to me why it's doing that?

I purchased a subscription of brown sugar to view some bounce tv programs. it supposedly came with a free trial. I was never able to view anything. every day I checked and as usual error message requesting I retry. When I retried each time the message stayed at loading. I tried to contact brown sugar the phone number was no good and the web sites/email addresses were all bad. I finally found an email address that worked. but I never got any response. I tried to cancel before my account was charged but again no response. I would love to have the app but not if it doesn't work. so I finally see the subscription on google play and was able to cancel that way.

Horrible!! When watching movies it constantly freezes. There are some great movies that I haven't seen since I was a kid but the app is not worth it. I really wish it would have been better.
