This simple extension adds Runkeeper support and removes ads. You login to Runkeeper in the settings. Unfortunately, there's no notice of when measurements are uploaded to Runkeeper and you don't get the option to choose if each measurement should be uploaded one by one. If these things were added, this would be 5 stars for sure.
