Airtight

wont play video

It will not install on my Shield TV. Gives me error code 504. Tried several times and it continues giving me the same error code. I'm connected via Ethernet, so its not a connection issue.

Airtight has been wonderful for my ipad and Sony GS8. But ios 9 appears to have broken airplay for video (audio still works). I hear that Apple has improved security on airplay. Does that mean they've locked out any non-Apple apps? Can anything be done, or are our GTVs junk? If you can do this, it would justify an update price.

Was great on my android tv box until ios9+ arrived. What's the latest news on a fix?? It's been sometime now and there doesn't appear to be any progress. By the time a fix arrives Apple will have updated several more times possibly rendering any fix useless all over again.

Worked perfectly. But after the the iOS 9 upgrade only audio works. Video doesn't work. Will the app be updated to work with ios9?

5 stars for taking on thia challenge. a few issues here and there. no more than i have with my real apple tv. screen mirroring is a featue that was not even an option when i first installed this app. give these guy a break.

Works great with everything I tried except for dish anywheres app. I thought this would have be a really good solution to beam my dish anywheres from iphone to Sony Google tv but the says it can't play it. If this issue could be fix this app would get 5 stars from me.

With the latest version of AllCast, Airtight force closes on my GoogleTV. Please fix it. I had to revert to am older version of AllCast.

Actually, one star reflects current usefulness.. Which is now naught, well you get sound but nothing more. When fixed that should pop up to at least 3 stars. Please, please fix. UPDATE INSTALLED. Still no good, black screen and nothing happens, disconnect, you tube plays, reconnect... Nothing.

Latest update has sorted the problems with ios8 so its back to working perfectly

Just audio getting streamed .Hoping to get fixed :) ******************************** Initial reveiw: Prompt updates to app by developer along with any IOS. this would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the 'we are sorry' pop ups. it was working great until the recent update and some of the websites I've used that have worked perfectly fine with airtight no longer works as well. this app is worth it though! just hope this bug can get fixed. cx

great for streaming virtually anything from iOS to Google TV: videos, photos, audio of any kind (Spotify, NPR app, native iOS music app). Does a good job of being seamless – for example if you are watching Netflix, and click a video from Twitter on your phone, if you already had your Airplay destination set on your phone, your TV will switch to Airtight, play whatever the content is, and switch back to Netflix when it finishes.

I use this all the time with my iPad and GTV. It works as well as my Apple TV

i got rid of my idevice does this work with android devices beside my google tv ?

airttight works perfectly with all my ios devices. i give it 4 stars only because it can be a little buggy when having to take over audio from another app and it does not keep my google tv awake.

If you're one of those users who only uses the Apple TV as a place to stream AirPlay media from your iOS/Mac devices (like I am), then this app is a near perfect replacement to the Apple TV. Of course there a few hiccups here and there, but this is a fantastic and functional app. I basically got a second Apple TV in my home for $2!. Using with the Sony Google TV/Blue ray player.
