Keeps telling me DOT calls a unavailable, it never runs for more than 24 hours before it stops What am I paying for? I can't relay on this service so disappointing

The DOT app is something that I have been looking for a long time. No need for phone extensions as I can answer and make calls from my mobile at home or elsewhere. I also have it on my windows laptop and make many calls from there. The one downside is that the phone using my existing contact (which is ok) but I have to maintain the PC DOT app contacts separately. The other big issue is that while I can answer calls on my Samsung Note 4 in my car, I can't answer any DOT app calls on that same phone. The sound is not synced via Bluetooth for DOT app calls.

Also, there are issues when the DotApp is installed on two different devices... Come on Telstra... Had ANYONE done ANY product integration testing? I hate to think of all the quirks I could find in your product app if I simply tried a few standard scenerios. I've already been poked in the eye ½ a dozen times (calls diverted to the wrong place, call forwarding mysteriously stops working, after-hours calls not going to the message-bank, caller-ID not working too message bank etc etc)

Good App but only if we could use 3 to 4 devices connected and could do huntgroup would be best, No need for expensive line rentals and systems. Just connect 3 phones and that makes a system.
