Timer delay for alarm does not work on SmartOne S1. Settings are quite confusing and no action such as email alert or push can be set in case of detector triggering. In addition, push notifications does not seem to work well. At this stage, this app should be considered as beta version and needs strong improvements.

Hi app is quite good for rm Pro also using it with smart one but the push notifications for sensor alarms are not working consistently. They tend to not work more often then work so it's useless as a security device. Can you please resolve. Maybe provide email notifications as an alternative it might be more reliable.

Works fine with my TV but does not work with my Motorola set top boxes. It makes no sense that it stores the IR codes from my remote but then when it fires them, nothing happens. Nothing.

Used on IOS for a year and all OK, then intermittent fault with timer facility a couple times. Now on android for just over a week and timer has started doing same on this, please fix as pretty useless without the timer, will get 5 stars wen sorted, thanks Update 18/04 Now won't let me delete timers that I previously set that come on/off when they please, light switches are great....app is useless....waste of money

** android wear version does not work at all, just stays on a screen with Chinese symbols ** Time delay with some devices can be a bit annoying. The English localization on the app is quite poor. Also, the app is not designed very well and is not very intuitive.

Network connection issues. Network is working fine for other devices. Bad app. Outlet would be great if app was reliable. Please fix!!!

Works fine for me. Wish it'd have email notifications triggerable from if/then scripts, as well as storage on NAS of temp/humidity and power consumption logs

This app is working good but the S1 alarm when detect not send me anything or notifications f To my phone this not secure

Please make a widget on/off switch for the smart plug so I don't have to open the app every ti.e I want to switch on/off.

Not working with Broadlink TC2, or any other RF remote!

It would be very useful to have an indicator for on/off on the buttons, especially when using it over the network.

This is related to the NEW upgraded version of the Broadlink RM Mini 3 Black Bean. The hardware is nicely presented, good quality & easy to set up. Instructions online & with an English leaflet. The application just works a treat on my phone. Easy to set us multiple controls and if you download 3rd party icons, you can set up anything. The UI is good too. Self explanatory basically. I emailed for user colours & an expanding numbers tab, like in the template ones. They responded a day later, under review. Still waiting Devs months later, can we have control over the configuration please ??

I have to correct my vote. The unit needed a quick reset and broadlink email support was very attentive. Now it works great! Old post: Was working great from outside and verified via cameras. Then after update it keeps claiming network issues. Please fix! And then 5 star.

Good app, one of the better home automation app i have used so far. Some problems i have include it loses wifi connection frequently and sometimes it does not connect well with 3G when wifi is not being used., making it impossible to operate outside using 3G/4G. I hope their server/connection could be more stable.

Works great, but there are a few issues. Set up was simple enough. Plug it in run the app and go. I was able to get the app going just fine on my phone, on my tablet I keep getting an error and the app would close. After uninstalling and reinstalling it several times it worked. Second issue I have is it won't turn landscape on my tablet. I have it mounted on a wall as a "control center" and it makes it awkward to work with while the app is portrait but the tablet is mounted landscape.

Using the new RM Mini 3. The setup is a bit of a pain as it took several attempts to get it connected to my WiFi network. The app looks like an iOS app and is slightly confusing. It takes less work to make it look like an android app, so why bother? Apart from those 2 things though remote learning works brilliantly. Would be nice to have a tasker plugin for this.

I'm having stability issues on the Nexus 5x running Nougat. The app will often crash when you go back into it after not using for a while. Please can you look into this. Otherwise great. Just needs IFTTT support.

Painfully slow startup. Gazillion network problems. "No internet detected", although the home link is always active (btw what the hell do you need internet connection for the basic app functionality?). Frequent crashing. 50% chance​ of not starting at all.

Broken, every time I try to set it up it says configuration error, reset and try again done it several times, still nothing. Willing to change rating if fixed

Why would an app that controls your smart power plugs need access to pictures, phone, contacts, and many more? You pay money for a thing and have to give away all your data. Strange.

Good app but the cloud backup often fails. I get told my Internet connection is poor and to try again. My connection is fine. Sometimes it backs up, often it doesn't. Good apart from this tho.

This app, although far from complete, works well once configured. Learning a remote code is easy and works every time on those I have configured. The biggest issue I have is when you try to create your own templates. There seems to be no snap or align functions so you have to line up with your finger and eyes which isn't particularly easy. For those having trouble connecting to their home WiFi make sure you are trying to connect to 2G and not 5G as the devices only support 2G whereas most modern routers have the ability to do either and use 5G by default.

Very primitive app, Broadlink is deliberately "closed" so the poor app is really a reason to choose another brand. Why? Not fully compatible with any of my 3 aircons or 2 TVs, one AC couldn't be detected at all. Smart switch detected but can't use dimmer functionality. Broadlink support didn't even bother to answer email Sorry but my recommendation is: Useless, do not install, do not buy

Garbage application. Won't let me create an account. Keeps telling me internet connection error when my connection is perfectly fine. App won't find my smart plug... Pathetic garbage.

Its good apl but really needs to work with amazon echo. Really annoying having to first buy the broadlink then buy another app from a third party.

Awful product. No Amazon Echo support, very slow app, complains of poor internet and requires waaaay too many permissions. Firmware upgrade not working.

History not working, extremely slow to initialize network, firmware update problems. Not able to downgrade firmware as well.

on wifi works perfect, but no matter how much i tried m not able to run without wifi, i installed the latest vesion, updated to the latest firmware and still the same issue, if you guys can help me on this issue i will give you better rates

Pls add IFTTT feature so the device could be connected to further home appliances.Also we are unable to connect it to wifi appliances :/
