History function does not work - looks like they trying to save 50kb in cloud storage. Clock going crazy after each blackout. No updates whatever.

It's OK, the app doesn't really saves the timer schedule, and you need to add the timer every time, that's annoying.

Why does this app require so many permissions? Camera and microphone?! Really?!

The switch sometimes turns on / off on random days and hours, and not when the timers from the app are set. For example on specific days when timer is not set at all, it suddenly turns on the switch, and won't switch off until I manually do it (that is dangerous since it's used for water heater) Customer support did not help and did not listen carefully, and only claimed that they don't have any issues with the app. I uninstalled and re-configured the app many times, nothing helps.

I just bought the Remote controller for air conditioning (isnatch WIRI) and installed the application as the manual suggests (everything worked fine), my questions are the following: - I would like to turn on the air conditioning and then after sometime turn it off. I could turn it on but could not find option to turn off with the scheduling option... can it be done? I noticed that with healthy sleeping curve I can do this , but it is limited to afternoon to midnight, could not set any actions after that time (as I would need).

Very convenient app. Works very well no crashes so far. Missing an option when you turn on the switch to immediately set up timer for turn off.

I installed e smart home app its asking for verification tried all the barcode which is in rm 2 device box and user manual to it says failed to download..i even have a device A1 and tc1 from broadlink. Tried to scanning all the barcode which there in box everytime it says failed to download..

Worked great up to ~3 months ago, then the history function stopped working (shows an empty screen). Tech support were notified several times, but nothing changed!
