Never make a mistake of trusting these guys. They are not even a light year close to customer service. Booked a bike breakdown service and was promised repair within 2 hrs. However, the service personnel assigned is least bothered to pick up the call and I am stranded in office for 5 hrs now. The customer care official is least interested in understanding the concern. Now, need to get back home in a cab. Wish I had gone to a local mechanic instead of trusting bro4u.

Worst Service.I had serviced my computer from Computer Service and the man who came for service costed so much which is worth at all.He said that he had installed licensed windows but it is not licensed. People from these try to cheat you. Be careful and don't ever use service from this application.

Worst app and overall worst company. I had raised a ticket for water purifier. They sent Natural Technologies now known as Aqua Purifier World and he took over 4k for AMC and ran away. After repeated calls to Bro4u and Aqua Purifier world no one is coming for Maintenance. Please be careful with this company and their partners.

Extremely pathetic, I have serviced my bike with them, they charge two much twice of service centers, while booking prices shown low. After service bike performing worst. Now service guys are not responding. Don't get trapped give only bike authorized centers.

Very Poor and Pathetic Customer Care... The lady didn't even understand what I am saying.. I called to discuss the order I placed and she ended up placing another request with COD.. whoz gonna pay for it...??? Nonsense service... Useless to the Core. I will spread the the word not to use this service and not to download this Stupid App.

Worst and pathetic service. Recently got my led TV repaired. Service was pathetic and pricing was 2000 higher then what LG service center charged. Please never ever use their service. And when I asked why pricing is so high then they replied it's good that we don't charge for delivery.

Worst service ever, highly unprofessional customer care service, it's been almost one month my phone was handed over to Bro4U's vendor but I didn't get it repaired. No words from Bro4U and vendor about phone status ( in spite of multiple escalations given on app)

Worst experience ever!!! Booked a service and after waiting for more than an hour called the Customer support and didn't receive any reply and then called the service provider who told me to reschedule as he can't come at my place. Filed a complaint which said "reply in 15 min", still didn't get any reply...

Pls don't install this app or try this. Poor and pathetic service. Raised a simple pan card request for which had to wait for the person only to realise that they have finally rescheduled it without checking with the customer. No apology or reason for delay communicated. Terrible!

I used bro4u and booked for dress wash by door pickup from a shop called Namma Laundri and paid money online but a different shop called Namma Dobi picked my clothes and i had to pay again. Very bad

Unreliable service. An app like this is of no use if the service providers are unreliable. In my case one service provider accepted, didn't turn up, rescheduled it to the next day and then later cancelled it. The Bro4u support line agreed to send another service provider. Waited for 2 days and nothing happened. I have uninstalled the app. Not worth the time and effort.

i paid 600rs through paytm for pan services and been more than a month i still dint get any response from them! i sent mails to customer care but no response!! ezzy solutions from bro4u sucks! i lost my 600rs!! i will complain to consumer court regarding this fraud!!

I'm new to Bangalore, did not know where to search for good painters and carpenters to paint my home. Found bro4u after searching a lot online in Google. I contacted them and they completed the job within 3 days. It was perfect. Hats off to Bro4u keep go the same.

I think these people are fraudsters. They have charged 100 rs advance. Even not turned up. And have sent a message saying work is complited.. very sad that I trusted the online app

Actually i had booked a service from thiz APP, earlier i booked a service of 1000, then their vendor came n he convinced us by saying a year warranty and all {PEST CONTROL SERVICES} n he looted 2500 from us.. Now he even doesn't want to pick call from me or APP person.. so dnt waste ur time in installing this APP..

Worst company ever: I have asked for laundry service yesterday. The vendor didn't show up at 8 PM yesterday. Now he shows up at 8 AM today and asks for laundry, I tell him that I don't want his service now. Now the vendor stays in front of my home for an hour for the Rss. 100 and yells. I try to get it resolved by using bro4u customer service. But alas no help from them. Finally the issue is resolved by using security guards to send the vendor out of the society. That's not what I expect either from the vendor or from the bro4u Such a bad response. Can't handle such looser startups anymore.

Useless App. I book my bike service with then. After got the booking confirmation fot a call from bro4u that with this price (250) service is not available (then why the hell u have listed the price on your app) and they cancelled it. Second time i booked upper price service (450). Again booking got confirmed and I got call from them that service provider is not available in my location (why the hell you have accepted my booking with map location). Didn't dared to book 3rd time as i dont wanted to see more surprise. Quickly uninstalled the app. USELESS !!!

Tried Customer service number thrice..no one picked the calls. We had booked for repairing a switch.they quoted rs 750 as service charge..too expensive just for a switch repair...

Please don't use this app, they are cheating us. Booking time they shows some charges, when vendor came he will charge more than double. Worst service

Do not waste time using this stupid app!! You have to follow up for every damn thing, right from pick up to delivery! There is a dumb customer care to top this annoying experience... Please look for alternate ways and avoid this nightmare called bro4u!

People don't waste your time. They are not service oriented. Guess they tie up with any tom Dick and Harry. The guys working with them are interested only in leads where they pay upfront for services. No coordination at all. Pathetic in short.

Pathetic Service. I have requested for bike service and from last three days they are just rescheduling in and till now no one came for the bike service.

Hated the service. Overcharged me for new battery replacement, self-starter fuse as well. What was worst was the service provider stole petrol from the vehicle as well. Never accept services from this service.

Worst app ever! Make changes in the app. Customer service is worst. They never respond to an issue. There is nothing less than 1 star to rate.

Ordered for laundry. Money was debited. Couldn't find it in my orders. Called the support team. No one is responsible. Lost money. Don't fall into this trap.

Please don't download this APP. You guys should take trusted off of your name. The service sucks they charged me 650 for my Mobile repair and haven't done anything they said they changed a part and it turns out everything was just fine it was my charger fault. I am facing the same problem again. And when I asked them for the bill for the parts changed they say they don't mention that in a bill.

Just waste of time. Donot download this piece. They donot know the basics of customer service. I just donot understand how they got such fake ratings.

Never try... That's my verdict. I installed for a laundry service. After the booking (they haven't done any confirmation call), I had to the call the support team to let them know that I made a booking. Even after two weeks of that, still I am waiting for that magical moment for the pick up

Very costly. The service was good but there are so many hidden charges that will put a big hole on your pocket. Please talk about everything before you book. It try someone local that will be a lot cheaper

Home cleaning was excellent. The cleaner done cleaning very well and excellent. I really like the app better than other waste apps like Justdial, Sulekha, Housejoy etc Just choose Bro4u for any requirements. Amazing app.

I you are looking for mobile repair ten blindly trust bro4u. Never go to service center. Those guys do not respond properly and put heft charges. Just choose bro4u and get your mobile repaired staying at home . Top natch service.

Overall concept of the app is brilliant. Some minor UI optimizations can be done, rest everything looks just perfect. This app needs more advertisement. More people need to know that there are such awesome apps out there.

Pathetic service . Over priced, called for a plumber and for repairing for just 3 hours with two pipeline asking around 3000. And no invoice no quotation. I will never recommend this app ever

Very worst customer service and vendor service....don't know how the rating is 4.2 in playstore....my money got wasted because of i believed this guys....still i'm not able digest that my issue is not taken care...keep up the same guys.

The technicians available from Bro4u are the worst I have ever seen in my 15 years in Bangalore. Booked for their service 2 times, & got cheated both the times. The last plumbing work done yesterday was horrible. The job was to just replace a pipe.The plumber who came didn't have any idea about what needs to be done. He tried to fix the issue & finally end up with water leakage. When questioned, he was shouting. On top of it the company overcharged 920 rupees for a pipe change. The whole point of going to bro4u is to have quality professionals. In the end, we end up with clumsy cheats & end up paying a bomb as well. I am arranging a local plumber to get the job done now.
