The update didnt work for me. It dosent show the home page. Goes straight to inbox. I would really like for u to fix this. I use this very often. Not able to send pics cause of the size? Never had this problem until the last update. Please fix this please. My love one needs me to be able to use this. Thank u if u even address my concerns. Please do.....

I love using JPay app! I've never experienced any problems with it. My information is securely stored, so whenever I need to send money to my loved one..... It's just a couple of clicks & I am all done....Just a few minutes or actually seconds is all it takes!!

Well it says I have a new message but when I check it's still the same messages I had before. Also when I click on the jpay icon that I installed it goes directly to my inbox I can't see anything else. I.e homepage. I received an email message on my personal email telling me that I had a knew message however again when I checked there's no knew message this issue needs to be fixed immediately

The fact that people rely on this app to provide for their family and friends on the inside and it's not been working properly for months is ridiculous! Not to mention I've got money just sitting in an account on here that can't he accessed AND it has my bank account info stored! Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be addressed! Simply pathetic!

It would be so great if you could see if messages and videos sent to loved one are received and viewed. There are so many times I'm not sure if they even get my messages or pictures. That one thing would make this app 100% great!! Only other thing is the shortcut to jpay on my home screen will say I have multiple messages when there is only one, or even sometimes none.

After I sent money in Feb it won't let me send anymore money. I have been able to send money with no problem before that and then stopped!!!! I called customer service they told me I had to send in a copy of ID and card I used did all that in March and still can't send money. So I called last week Friday March 31st and the lady told me my account was approved and she escalated my account and to try again in 24 hours and here it is 3 days later and I still can't send money!!!!! I need Jpay to get it together!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

Since the update, can't copy and paste emails so they can be printed. No print option so now just to print I have to screen shot several times just to get full message. Used to be able to copy and paste, so much easier and less hassle. Also, no notifications of new emails so I have to frequently check myself. Fix these things so I can give your app 5 stars please.

I cannot send money thru the app. I select send money and it states app closed, restart app or report. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled app I've selected restart app, I've restarted my phone and same problem. 2nd issue is jus my opinion I DO NOT like or think JPAY or D.O.C should be able to record audio whenever it deems necessary or take pictures when ever it feels like it. I feel that is such an invasion of privacy but than again I am not surprised this app has these requirements in its lfine print its Department of Corrections.

Terrible customer service! They don't answer emails, and when you call you are on hold forever. Too many problems with the app. Just another way for them to get rich of those who want to keep in touch with loved ones.

The app was working fine yesterday. Updated it this morning to the latest version and now it won't let me log in at all. I have a notification and can't get to the message!! Changed my font size to default, still nothing. Change the app back

The bugs were fixed although I've encountered a glitch recently. I love this app anyway. The great far outweighs the missing email(s) even though I hope it doesn't happen anymore. Thank you for this service.

I have the Galaxy Note 5 and my phone just recently updated to Android 7.0 Nougat... Since this update I have not been able to login to my account... Will change my rating once the issue is resolved...

This app use to be good and now it's not cause it has been taking money out of. My bank account. Without me even doin it !! Please put the money back in my account because I didn't authorize it for you too take money out of my account ! And I was told that jpay will freeze the account if I call customer service for them to put my money back in my account ! So please stop this it's rediculous !! Get it together jpay or im out and not using you again !! I will send my Husband money through MoneyGram !!!!Thanks !!!!

Last update affected the notification. It shows 1 new message and when I check the new message the notification doesn't go away. Very Annoying - Please fix ASAP

I couldn't hear a damn word my husband said in his video gram he sent me. I paid for these for them not to work. I'm Hella irritated

Switched from Verizon Galaxy S6 to S8. I no longer receive notification of new emails. I miss messages or get them way later. Bummer.

Apparently I can't send any stamps to my brother in prison because apparently my card is "declined" in which I have over $200 in my thing, that's ridiculous. I should be able to get a hold of my brother with no issues, but I'll continue the traditional way of hand written letters.

The whole thing sucks takes days to get emails or pictures. Never gives me notifications. App closes itself all the time. But they sure do take my money asap when making purchasez

Can't access since the last update wont allow access have tried to reinstall several times with no luck I enjoy the app it's easier to use but can't use it now since update only shoes welcome screen nothing else please fix this

It never works I don't like it. Takes money well but doesn't work when you want to use it .No not a good app.

I love the send $ & email functions. It makes funding his acount quick and easy & it's always great to be able to exchange emails. The only thing that would mak it better is if I were able to fund our Securist phone acct on here.

I use to like this app alot but after the last few updates it's not as good. Everything works good except now sending emails instead of taking a few hours to get it takes at least a day and days if theres pictures attached. On weekends you can forget it if I send or my husband sends anything from Friday on we don't get it until at least Monday and even alot of times much longer closer to the middle of the following week. Which is ridiculous and when I get notifications and open the app it'll say I have 2 or 4 emails but in all reality it's just 1 or 2 emails that don't bother me as much as not getting any emails for days on end.

Since the last update I no longer have that home screen that gives me the option to snap n send or email....What happened?? Annoying now that to send a picture I also have to compose an email costing more money.

I love this app cuz i can Wright my brother and talk to every day even know we can't see each other every day. This app is great u must try it

It used to work fine, with the last few updates it freezes or shuts down and i dont even get my notifications when my husband sends me a new email. Get it together jpay!

Gives conflicting information. Sometimes it will give you 3 days time period before sending $ and when you've waited for that day, it will then tell you to wait 10 days.

The update made it useless now.was working great but now only says 'welcome' and is stuck there....Fix it please..Yay it's been fixed :-)

It's nice that you can review letters received in your inbox and you can review the letters that you send in another area titled "Sent", but i think that it would be even better to have an added option to view all of your letters (Received & Sent) all together and in the order that they happen. (Received & Sent)

LOVE the jpay app! Not had any problems purchasing stamps. May take a while for some messages to come through, but overall its a fantastic app! Thank you jpay

I like the new update but it keeps kicking me off with an error message that JPay has unfortunately stopped. If this is fixed it will be awesome.

Since the latest update it doesn't take me to the option page; it just goes straight to the inbox..Such an inconvenience that I have to go to a store to send money...Please fix this issue ASAP!

My fiance has been missing messages & pictures and I'm paying for them, 3 stamps when there is a picture, 2 when there isn't. We've missed messages on both ends, because sometimes I don't get his reply. I'm very pissed at this because twice I've purchased the 17.50 package of stamps, and we were missing half of the messages on either his end or mine.

Please don't get me wrong I like the app it is a very convenient to get to my sons so much faster I just want you to know parts that need fixing or how and where am I not having these things I am mentioning. I like the app for e-mail, I can't add funds as my State has another company for there trust account. With the last couple updates the main screen has the money part at the top then e-mail then split snapnsend and the short live clip. What happened to funding music and video visit? What I don't like is when writing an e-mail is always having to hit the Cap arrow at the beginning of the e-mail after each period, explanation point or question mark. I find that lame. I didn't have to do it writing this or any other e-mails I write in my regular e-mail. So what's up with that. The Capital part has been like this from the first time I ever used JPay. It is finally time to tell you because it's annoying.

The app will not let me send emails I keep adding my contact and after i add it an hit recipiant there are no contacts this just started happening please fix thank you

So far I love it app..it keeps me in touch with my husband. I love the fact that I can communicate with him at all times. A perfect way to keep us happy and in love

JPay allows quick, hassle free communication and money transfers to loved ones. Definitely makes a difficult situation easier to deal with. Peace of mind and support for inmates and their families. Excellent mobile app.

Don't like it takes forever to get emails from my loved one. Takes two or three days and I'm weekends don't even get any. Please fix

First , of all it why does it have a videpgram if my loved one can't send one in return, second the emails take forever to come through, I understand i have to wait to get it approved but Jpay does it send it til 4 days after that's not cool I won't be spending my money anymore customer service they are not helpful either they tell you the same thing knowing they can help. I'm just very disappointed they just want your money.
