I really like being able to place my order on the app. The app REALLY needs a comments or order change section for things that aren't set to change in the app. For instance, we like lots of lettuce & cheese in our fajita boat, & none of the other stuff. I would like to not have to call the restaurant every time I place my order to change this. Also, when I pay online, the store can't even see the order in their system when I do call to place my order, or when it's late & the to go area is closed, the bae doesn't even know the order exists. That's a terrible setup. Please fix these things!

Impossible to sign up. App won't let me add my favorite Chili's tho it ask for it. Had to scroll thru 40 years to enter b-date. Lame, lame app. Still can't sign up. Stinks !!

It's 2017 and I was born in 1978. Why can't I simply type my birthday into the required field? Why must I use the calendar to tap through each month for the past 39 years? After finally getting to my birthdate, the field still indicates it's a required field and it hasn't been populated. Waste of time and inconvenient.

When signing up for plenti points, I had to scroll back through nearly 50 years' worth of months to get to my birthday. Just let me type it in, fool. Nobody using this app was born today. Android version.

No options to choose the temp of which you want your burger cooked. Like well done, medium, or rare. You get to review your order AFTER it's placed which makes no sense at all. What if some one made a mistake? Why do I have to confirm I'm not a robot? Other restaurant apps don't make me do that.

The only way you can earn points is by ordering through the app or dining in. I had to end up calling in since the app did not provide all of the sides that are available so I did not get any points for my order. That was very disappointing. This is it very good incentive for visiting Chilis.

To chilli's hires caring people because my first time we ate our food at the bar and the bartender was just the best I've ever seen. She treated all the clients like we were her best friend

It's a great app. I drive an hr, by choice, to our favorite Chili's in Bayside Market in Miami from West Boca Raton and I put myself in line for when I get there I got my spot ready and always works!

It's not letting me push or select anything. It loads up, but none of the buttons work. Please fix this!!! It's useful when it works!

Too difficult to attach plenti rewards card. Had to swipe past hundreds of calendar pages to get to my birthday. After all that, was told "error."

You were to supposed to use this app to go to the front of the line it NEVER worked but the staff at Chili's are great and the food is good.

Was very convenient n fast to pick up curb site. Good when u have kids.. App is amazing

To create an account, I have to enter my favorite Chili's in the box that doesn't work. Lame

This is just a broken app,which used to work before the last update..can't click anything ,can't type in anything..Sam s6 edge

The app is set up so that birthday is a required field, but you have to scroll through the (47 years) of calendar pages to select. After all that, it's the app is not available in my major metropolitan area.

Your app sucks. Says use app to check your place in line. It only tells you that you have requested a table.

Requiring to sign up with plenty and also requiring to share personal information with other companies....sorry, not gonna do it. Can't install it without it!

Chicken fried steak is not on the menu a favorite I get almost every time I had to call the store to add it defeating the purpose

Not phone friendly (S7 Edge) which is dumb since it is an app.

It's easy and convenient just don't like that it dosent have all the side options
