What's unique about Vizilife is that you can link individual items of information to each other. For instance, let’s say you’re planning an event or meeting and you want to keep track of who will be attending. You can link each of those people to the event. You can also link journal notes to the meeting, for instance.
You can later drill-down from the event / meeting you’re planning to the people category, and Vizilife will show you everyone linked to that event or the journal category you create, to see your notes. Viewing, planning, and managing your information in this way is very empowering.

Just needed something to organize all my thoughts and this is pretty spot on. Customizable folders plus you can create your own. I don't always need to see all the info it displays (urgency, importance, etc) but for me it's easily over looked.

This app could have been great, but did not have any real functionality. For example the projects category does not allow you to make sub items under a major project. The tasks category is literally the same as the projects category. The app is like a pretty girl at the bar. She may be good looking but there is not much going on inside that head of hers.

I found no way to link events or contacts to existing calendar or contacts apps. This means I'd have to dual - entry everything. For example, instead of just adding a contact by picking one from my contacts app, I have to manually enter the info. This makes the app labor intensive and not worth using for me. If the functionality is there, the Help file doesn't mention it and there is no intuitive way to link from inside the app.

This app is one of my favorites. I use it more for tracking progress in the books that I write. With ideas always coming to me, this is the best way for me to stay on track and be organized. I have run into some bugs when I enter in too much information and the inability to remove the standard categories is a bit annoying, but this app has amazing potential and definitely worth buying! I do wish however the ads would be removed now that I had purchased it.
