Why does the intensity climb or reduce on its own? If it stuck to the setting that you put it on, I'd give it a4, and I'd you could keep multiple logs it would get a 5

It's innovative but can be used in a very deadly way. There ARE D'ART BAGS ON THIS PLANET who think they can take the tens units electronic conductors and place them in another HUMAN BEINGS BODY WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION and TORTURE ,ATTEMPT AND POSSIBLY CAUSE A HEART ATTACK WITH AN APP OR THE REMOTE CONTROL THE TENS UNIT COMES WITH. Just saying because if I was a betting woman (and I am when the odds are astronomically in my favor) this has and is happening to me tight now.

The itens device doesn't work anymore after a dozen uses. I've called and emailed them for a replacement but after almost two months I still haven't received a call or email back. So disappointed with the service! Don't bother with this company they don't stand behind their products
