Before there were tabs for each chapter now you just have to keep flipping through the pages until you find what you looking for. This app is now more time consuming to use and not to leave out very boring without the pictures to demonstrate different techniques please remove this app & give us the other app back please... this app is not an upgrade at all..

This app was great until the new update I can't see any pictures. And I'm a visual learner and going to cosmetology school, they show you how to perform certain hair techniques and I can't even see how to do it without the pics! Please change it back and I'll fix my rate thank you

i had to actually go on there website and contact them because the book in my tablet was unaligned but they were pretty helpful my book is fine now. my only issue is that it closes out sometimes but it's not that annoying plus when I open my book it leaves Me right where I left off at

I have to use it for cosmology class at empire first off this thing gave me a hard time login in....not only me but half my class...then if I log out I got reinstall the app 5 times just to get back in, unlike me I have no choice but to use it....but if you don't have to, don't waste your money.

This app is beyond annoying I'm putting in the correct password it still says it's wrong even when I have went through changing it then immediately after trying to log in and the app still won't log me in but I go online on thuze and use the same sign in with no problem

I am utterly disgusted with this company's customer service or lack thereof. First off my books were not available for download. I called to get them loaded and they sent me an email asking what books I needed. At this point I wasn't upset so I called them back and told them what I needed and they told me that this was a level 2 call and that someone would get back to me the next day. The next day arrived and nobody called me so I decided to call them back. The person on the other line nearly chastised me for calling them back and later sent me an email not to call them anymore and that a ticket was already opened. The person also stated it was not their policy to call students back. This company needs to teach their employees proper protocol when people call them. I will be letting my school know about this and hopefully they can cancel their contract. F-
