Brian Gavin Diamonds has a great site for PC, but it's usability on mobile is very poor. I was happy to see that there was a BGD mobile app, which I think more shopping sites need in general, so I gave it a 2nd star. However, it won't accept any search parameters, so you're just looking at a seemingly random selection of diamonds. As great as BGD is, one of the reasons I'm considering Whiteflash instead is that I can do much more effective research on my tablet while lying in bed at night.
