About Donut Finder
If you love Dunkin' Donuts coffee and donuts/bagels then this is the Dunkin' Donuts finder app for you. It’s real easy to use and will help you find a Dunkin' Donuts store that is close to your current location.
Usage:
On start the application tries to determine your current location using either gps or network (wifi + 3g). Once your location is determined a default search will be performed which will return the 10 closest Dunkin' Donuts stores to your location. Using the phone menu button you can bring up the menu options to search, move the map to your location, clear the results, etc. Using this search option or the search button brings up the search dialog. Tap the list/map icons in the title bar to toggle between list and map modes.

o using your current location either gps or network
o search by address you enter
o search by tapping a location on the map
* Contains Map and List views
o The map view shows your current location and the location of the Dunkin' Donuts stores. Tapping on a location shows a popup with more information.
o The list view shows information about each Dunkin' Donuts store.
o Information shown includes
+ address
+ phone number
o Clicking on either a map popup or a store in the List will direct you to Google Maps with turn by turn navigation to the store
o Long clicking on a store in the List will call the store.
Permissions Used:
* Fine and Coarse Location - to determine your location
* Internet - used to retrieve map and Dunkin' Donuts data
* read phone state and identity - used by ad network
* Access Network state - used to determine when network switches between 3g/wifi
Read phone state is removed in the adfree version of Find A Dunkin' Donuts.

Doesn't get updated so when a location closes, it still shows in application. Shows lication near me that has been out of business 3 yrs (at least).

The app works perfectly, no glitches on an Optimus M phone, but it didnt find DD's that I knew were there and found ones that I didnt know about so I guess its a wash. Would be good if it showed hours, or at the least which were 24 hour DD's for that middle of the night crave for a cup of coffee.

It just clusters a bunch of locations on a map doesn't even list them by distance. Doesn't transfer information to GPS.

It doesn't integrate with the native maps/navigation app, so you can't get voice navigation without doing a copy/paste to the maps app. Fail.

Upgraded...now free version has ad at bottom that makes the map useless. Takes up bottom 1/4th of screen. Not much map left with search bar at top.
