The only thing the app does is launch. Samsung galaxy S3 that has no problems running other applications.

This is even slower than using the computers at the library branch which is saying something. It's faster to use the website portal to do anything. I was hoping this would be some kind of improvement but alas. I'll check back in a year or so to see if there's any improvement.
