Ramapo Catskill Library System

Ever since they updated this app it doesn't work. I request a look up find what I am looking for than request to hold the book. When I look at the book I put on hold its a completely different book. I call the library they tell me to Uninstall than reinstall. Well that doesn't work. After a few weeks miraculously that now is fixed but when I request a book now it's a one day hold and I have to sign in every time. The app takes forever to load. I don't know what fixes they did to this app but it works terribly...Uninstalling.

Love RCLS, and thankful this app works when it does, but there are many problems with it. Slow to access account. Can't figure out how to restrict a search enough to find what I'm looking for; better to just use the website for that. Put this on your phone for one main reason: it doesn't boot you off after five minutes like the website does, and saves your login information for the next time you use it. I use it only for renewals.

Good concept, but VERY slow, takes forever to load. I wish they would fix this so it didn't have so many problems.

Nomore audiobooks it used to say Mp3 s if this is no longer an option let me know so I can remove the app

It's definitely slow but I does everything I need if when don't have my laptop.

Ugly. Does the necessities in pedestrian fashion. The bare minimum of usefulness in an app that is well beyond simply needing a refresh. Truly an anachronism hanging on by a thread to the notion that it represents technology. Is there no better software vendor/option to be found?

The RCLS app could use a serious makeover. Helpful enough but each action takes several seconds to load. Often easier to just remember what you wanted to do and look it up on the computer website later.

I've tried searching for things but it will never load when I click on the item. Would love for it to work right.

I was able to search library. Put a hold and check my account!!! So far. So good /☆

I've then going to my local library where I don't live too far from my library. I decided do download the library's app. when I tried to login to my account numerous times, it kept on bouncing me back without logging me in. However, the only way to login was to go in a different area of the app. yet I was still having trouble ordering books, DVD's etc. Don't give me wrong, its a good library app, but in my opinion, it needs a little bit of work. I rate the library app 3 out of 5 for difficulty.

This app doesn't work, it keeps sending me back to the login screen.

Worked great until recent update. Please fix.
