Since the most recent update many problems, options seem to be stuck in a loop (having to reenter login after each step to place a hold), holds fail with messages that don't apply (e.g. can't place a 2nd request, when there isn't a first one) and renewing is unclear if it goes through because it bounces back to the log in making hit submit again to find you've renewed it twice in succession. For common features definitely more frustrating than convenient.

I understand a smartphone app has limited space, but some basic information about the edition is necessary. If there are 2 entries fire a book, what's the difference? Is one paperback? Large type? How about refer ereader versions? Queue lengths?

The app works great. NOT happy that it requires us to give permission for them to use our camera and take pics at anytime. I will be contacting RCL.

Great for renewing books & requesting materials. Wish I could search by scanning barcodes.

Stuck in loading mode. Have the Washington county library app and that works much better. But I need this one to work as I use Ramsey county libraries too!
