If I could rate this app no star, I would have. It's a slow snail loader that needs constant refreshing. The website worked loads better on my phone.

Can not do anything with it. Pointless

Love the convenience of this app but its so slow. Time for an update, please!

Great app!

This is very helpful but is very slow to load and I have to log in again every time I go to a new page on my account, which can make it hard when I'm trying to check something in hurry. Overall, it's a great idea but could use some work to make it better.

Much too slow. Not able to filter results unlike the website. No updates in two years. Uninstalling.

I like that I can do everything from my phone, but it can be real slow. It also not the easiest to navigate. Sometimes I have to close the app to get back to the home page.

Doesn't say when a hold is available. Also very slow and requires you to sign in every single time you open the app. Which defeats the purpose of having an app. Otherwise works ok.

Love being able to access ebooks and audio books from home! Awesome!

Need I say more? I'll stick with the website.

Too slow or won't load. My screen keep blacking out waiting for it to load. I'm just going to use the site in my Web browser.

Was 4 star when I could self checkout. Usefull when there was lines and once when the girl missed scanning one. Hate it when the system goes down at Midnight every night. Can not put my requests on hold or change location of a hold. Otherwise great.

Too much like dial up...I get a "socket error" often. This mobile app SUCKS!!!

Not a great app... Won't load most of the time.

This app is really handy. I especially like the self check out feature, though I wish it worked a bit faster. It ends up taking longer to check out my item than it would at the library desk.

I use this ap all the time. I love what it does, but it is so slow sometimes it is almost worthless.

No access to Overdrive wishlist. No browsing Overdrive books. Only in-stock Epub books listed. (No Kindle listings at all.) Current checkouts & holds incorrect.

can access everything online but it keeps telling me.my card and pin number are.wrong...

I'm disappointed in this apps because it doesn't have worldcats. If I want to order a movie or book, but mid continent lib don't have it. then I try to find worldcats and apps don't have it.

I love easily and quickly downloading books to my kindle app.

The app itself works well as long as you aren't a Kindle user. The app only lists Epub books and does not list Kindle books. The sign in for the app is clunky which to be honest matches the clunky sign in for the library's online website. Will work for people who are checking out regular books or who use Epub but if you're a Kindle user you're not going to find this useful for you.

Since the update it is nearly impossible to to do anything. Everything is so slow. I am not sure if it is just the app though because the,website is the same way. Please change it back!!!

Like but not love Navigation through the app not the best (hence the 4, not 5 stars) but love the ability to listen to audio books for free through my phone, Bluetooth and car stereo!
