I mostly rely on this application to do all of the things I need to do with my library account. You can request, renew, place things on hold, and everything else you can imagine needing from the library! Obviously this is also the best way to download audio and electronic books. The only problem I've had is that one time I renewed my books via this application, and they did not renew on the library's actual system. I always double check now to make sure that they actually renewed. Not one single prob since
