Charlotte Mecklenburg Library

This app is all I need. No need for library receipts, easy check on due dates, put books on hold. It makes library going so easy. One of my top 5 apps.

It's great! The only problem is that it's not the official app, so I guess that's why it sometimes can't come up with the title/author I want even though I know it's in the library!

Does everything you would need for the library, except can we get better descriptions of books and comics? Just a copy and paste of the inside cover or back would be an immense improvement.

Used to work great. Now it is buggy. Ebook apps are not working correctly. Just returns back to home screen.

Love this app when it works. Lately, it's been buggy. Can't pull up titles that are being held for me. Please fix.

Very easy to use. I just wish it could store your library card number to scan at check out.

Used to work great, buggy now. May 2015 update: "an error has occurred on the server" almost every time I try to use it. Uninstall/reinstall no help. I miss this app working well.

Great app love it

Great app to have the library at your fingertips any time you wish. Access the card catalog, make requests for material for pickup at the library you choose, keep track of what you you have checked out, renew items, calendar book clubs, lectures and other library events.

Great app I can do everything from my phone cool

I tried logging in after using app for several weeks and it always give an error message--Authentication Failed. I reinstall bit still cannot get in using mobile app.

Can quickly and easily look up library info and handle library accts. Also love the digital download sections of this app.

Whenever something crosses my mind that I want to get from the library, I just go to this app and see if it's available and put it on hold.

The apps okay. My books and on hold items show right away. But anytime I try and book on hold it says "Something Unusual Has Happened".

It's like going to the library without actually being there.

I love having access to the library catalogs and my account information right at my fingertips. This app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I'd like to see the ability to change status for hold requests in future updates.

Instead of going on the computer to request books and check the status and stuff, i can do it all on my phone :)

I can't get app to download onto my android motorola droid x. No problems on my ipad works well.
