Having retired as a software developer, in my opinion this app is trying to hit a grand slam all at once rather than building a successful tool step by step. Usage by patrons is the key.

I love this app and would have given it 5 -stars, but niether myself nor my husband have benn able to put books on hold at our library for weeks. It says, "hold failed". Neither account has late fees. Please fix!!

A nice tool if you don't want to call or visit the library to renew or search it's catalog. But it's slower than constipation. U can finish a book or listen to an entire album waiting to renew or search one item. And the ui is a clusterf**k.
