Over 2 years and still have never updated for any of the most common phones on the market. Really cool on TV sucks and reality. Disappointed I want my money back

Worked fine in the past now disabled and app says you will be refunded....

They had disabled Breathometer breathalyzer.

Remember people likely have had alcohol. It should know if you even blown into the unit. I was sober and I wasn't sure if I was right distance and force... someone under influence isn't going to measure and nail it. I like the ones that have a straw. No effort to get it right every time and some can sense if you properly performed the attempt at least (you blew and long enough or more/less properly )

Why isn't this available on Galaxy S6. I loved Shark Tank, and this is great in theory, but this is a major let down. Do I wait for it to be compatible with S6, or will you give me my money back? >:/

Shark tank made me want to buy this and almost a year after purchasing this product that never worked I came across this expensive paper weight hiding in a drawer to find out it still isn't compatible with the Galaxy Note 4. Some how it still works. Not happy that I had to waste a year of waiting for a half way working product. Beyond the tank is very disheartening, the fact that all you care about is Mint! You have Bamboozled ALL of us. Alcohol is more prevalent then people caring about bad breath.

Never really got a chance to use the app. After it downloaded it said my device wasn't officially supported, but to give it a try anyway. Plugged the device into my phone and it wouldn't turn on or recognize it.

Useless. They're way behind the times when it comes to being compatible with new phones.

Does not work! Continually tells you. to repeat test. SO disappointed. Do not buy any products from this company!

A few months ago or so I received an email saying not to use this device. It was from the manufacturer.

Garbage I wasted my money on this device for it not to work with my phone and it's a newer phone... droid turbo 2

Not compatible with HTC 10 or Samsung Galaxy Note4.

UPDATE: The latest version fixed the problem on S6. Also worked great on my S5 and Note4. If you were having trouble, try getting the update. Recommend for everyone who has a driver's licence. Keep it in your car.

My Galaxy Note III isn't one of the listed official compatible devices, but the app encouraged me to try. It worked 6 times within the first 18 hours, then it stopped connecting. Also seemed to cause my phone's bluetooth to disengage. Looking forward to the update.

Perfect if it worked. Android s6. Seriously guys get some good developers and stay up on things. Works in my cousins HTC but not on my s6. Major letdown

Can't even log in - app terminated every try on android 5, Samsung Galaxy s6 edge. Though maybe the pass is wrong, but their website doesn't reset password. Nothing works don't waste your time.

Working properly with galaxy s5 don't know what other people are saying about this. Love it

Never worked with phone and then dropped one time and it broke. Should send new ones to customers who purchased initially that never got any use out of it.

The first few times it worked great! Now any time I try to use it it will either never connect or it would say something is wrong. Worst thing I have ever spent my money on. Thanks a lot.

Once I connect the meter to my phone the program force stops. What a waste of money.

One of the promised features was a drunk dial/txt blocker. That has yet to arrive. Plus it is horribly inaccurate.

App çrashes since I installed it over 6 months ago. Email support gives you generic feedback (ie: reinstall app) and then falls off the grid. To top it off, there is now way to get a refund for the device I purchased. I am shocked this was advertised on Shark Tank and they allow this poor quality of product to continue.

Trying to say no email on file when I try to log in then I try to make a new account but then I have one but w o nt send me a password what a waste of money

You need to update the app so it works with the galaxy s6

I have a galaxy s6 and they refuse to update their software to make it compatable even though they advertise for android. I also have an s4 which is compatable and all it does is crash. Great product! People on shark tank must be proud!

This thing blows....nothing but problems. Says it works with the galaxy s5 but all I get is "connect breathometer." Piece of crap. Complete waste of time and money

Will not connect to breathometer original. Creators should be embarrassed by this complete debauchery of technology.
