Neutral density (ND) filters reduce the amount of light entering a camera lens. Exposed assists the photographer in determining the shutter speed required to expose the image. Given a reference shutter speed and the amount of light reduction offered by the filter, it will calculate and time the new required shutter speed.

I have been looking for a simple and effective tool to dial in exposure changes for ND. Some just go to 30 seconds and then say bulb. Duh, I know it's bub, I need to know how long. Others have only a few stops allowable. This is EXACTLY the tool I need for simplistic measurement of super long exposures. Thanks a ton!

Does what it states.. Very simple interface, ND just affects the speed. Would rate 5 stars if speeds up to 1/8000 were also included.

Very handy little app for Lee Big Stopper & other ND filters. PLEASE NOTE. This is what the app is for!!! It works and works very well. If you have to ask how to use it, you obviously don't know what it is for, therefore don't leave bad reviews. My only suggestion would be to add in 1/3 & 2/3 stop increments as not all Big Stoppers are created equally and can vary by nearly a full stop in their manufacture.
