Used fb to log in thru mobile site. Thrn downloaded the app but could not log in. Also, i ordered and clicked pay but was told there was DNS error!!! Retried payment and same thing happened! Used app to try and view order n make payment but i could not even log in!!!!!!! Now i can only hope the payment did not go through! First time purchase from brandsfever but extremely bad experience! Never again! Uninstalled within 10mins!

I seem to have paid money without getting anything in return. They stubbornly refused to acknowledge my order although I gave them the unique PayPal transaction code, and although they've received a direct verification email from PayPal to them that the money has been paid to their account. Do yourself a favour and avoid the stress of badgering incompetent customer representatives who don't seem to communicate across departments. At the very least, don't pay via the app, because you take the risk that their tech screws up.
