The app won't even recognize my login credentials and keeps cycling back to the login page. I'm positive my credentials are correct

Constantly crashes when screen sleeps

This app is essentially unusable. Such a shame. It's been like this for a couple of years now. Come on, guys.

I used to have better luck downloading the magazine issues. Now, it just doesn't work. It constantly crashes when my screen goes to sleep, and I can't turn any pages. It is practically useless. Stick with paper issue.

I dont usually comment on apps. But this app is so crap I felt compelled to say something. I have paid for a digital subscribtion and it is so buggy and crashes all the time. What a waste of money. Avoid. UPDATE After almost a year you still have not sorted the issues with your app you seriously need to fire your developers because they are not doing a very good job.

Can't log in. Sure would be nice to read a magazine I paid a chunk of change subscribe to. Like I put in a crash report, you must not have any respect for your image. Just awful.

But newest is crapy. It freezes while loading.

Logging-in is a hit or miss. That should be most important! The rest of the app is slow and not really pleasant to use. Reading a magazine is uncomfortable and lags too much when zooming in. Overall, its a much better idea to download the PDFs from the website, and upload them individually to Google Play Books!

Trouble logging in (even after account verification), buttons are non-responsive, constantly crashes. Cannot believe complaints have been going on for so long and nothing has been done.

This app just freezes on the issues screen. The buttons are non responsive and I can't log in. My tablet runs Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and should run this app fine. Junk.

The latest version crashes almost every time I use it. Previous version was more stable. Have not been able to finish reading the Jan 2015 issue because of this. This is a paid subscription isn't it?

For those with login issues, be sure to check your email as you must activate your account before you can begin using it. AC sends an activation email. App works as intended albeit laggy and unresponsive.. Seems like going through Google play newsstand would make more sense. Beware of data usage as it is a data hungry app.

I read AC almost everyday then a few months ago the latest update came in and the app has been stuck loading on the publication screen and no matter what I do it no longer works (including uninstalling it and deleting its cache) I hope they find a solution to this soon since I love this magazine and reading it on my phone is the main way I have consumed it since I subscribed PS. I have a Nexus 5

I would love to read my new issues if I could login. Haven't been able to use the app in at least a month! I'm hoping that if enough of us say something they may fix it. At least I can use my desktop for now.

I am eagerly awaiting it to download to my devices, but until then let me just say how happy I am that I will no longer have to "save as a PDF" and then decide how to view it. And just in time for a 6-hour flight... UPDATE: I took away two stars; one for the lack of a search feature, and one because the home screen defaults to the most recent issue even if you never exit the app.

Love getting mobile access, but the login fail on android is disappointing. Rather than commissioning an app, perhaps AC would be better advised to go with Play Newsstand (or whatever Google's calling it now).

It worked fine and I was able to login on my HTC One but I get an error message when I try on my Nexus 7. I uninstalled it on both devices and tried again on the Nexus without sucess.
