Pepe's Piri Piri

The app is a good idea but the shops really need to get their acts together. Orders not confirmed then called the shop after 30 min who said the order had not been received and asked us to order again - don't think so not when I paid by card via their app. After a heated discussion they found my order and it was out for delivery. It would also be good if the app saved previous orders.

I have made an a order from burnt oak point in the evening roughly at 11:30 pm knowing that they closing at 12:00 midnight. I just had the surprise that the order that I made it, to come next day at 1 pm. Very disappointed. If you want to keep your customers, you better improve.

This app is not good. I ordered for first time explaing to friend how great food is to find out they cancelled my order through email. Tried 23 times to call but engaged all evening if I could rate less then 1 star I would

Placed an order to get the 15% off first time discount, got an email from them saying my order had been confirmed but no food showed up. Phoned the restaurant, placed the order and they refused to honour the discount! Terrible app, terrible customer service

BRACKNELL - Can't add double chicken fillets. Phone lines that are never answered. Shocking customer service. Don't bother complete waste of time. Food taste good but shop will be shut before end of next year due to horrendous service speed and quality.

When I press order it constantly says it can't load page because of net: error-too many redirects...months on and still not fixed...deleted, absolute rubbish

what a load of bullshit, never answer their phones, cancel orders via the app & the manger there is a midget freshy who hasnt got a clue... but the apps ok though

The app was fine before but now when I order a meal and want to add 2 sides, you can only pick one of them? Or both have to be the same? It worked fine before where you could pick 2 different ones so I'm not sure if it's a bug or an intended (bad) change, hope it reverses anyways because this way you have to add the sides seperately for a higher price or call the restaurant to fix the order, which defeats the point of the app.

There's no option for Holloway Road branch

It's using hosted websites pages in native wrapper, not a true native app. Very disappointing speed. Better than AppAway technology coming soon.

Pepe's Piri Piri

I absolutely love this place my while family say this is our favourite place to eat in and most likely will be forever, food is so great, healthier than alot of other fast food places and the delivery staff are so polite and kind always serve food with a smile my favourite it the wings and wraps. Elesha x

I love pepe's, but the app needs work! I can't do anything with it at the moment - it just gives me a blank screen :(
