Terrible. Downloaded the app, placed an order, received an email confirming the order, turned up to collect it and some surly bloke shrugged and said it wasn't on the system. The app helpfully keeps no record of previous orders, so all in all a massive waste of half an hour of my time. The app looks terrible on a modern phone screen too. Stretched images etc. This app is so bad that I'm now no longer going use a takeaway I previously enjoyed. EDIT: 24 hours later I received an email to say they were making my order. It's a bit late now.
