The Fakeblock for Android
You may be asking yourself "But, where are the mallet options? The choice of wood weight, grain type or hole diameter?"
Right here! With this handy app, you have 6 different wood blocks of various different properties!
(Mallet options are your responsibility. We recommend using your finger, as any similarly sized mallet will produce the same sound. If you use a significantly larger mallet and hit hard enough, you can produce a glass-cracking sound, but it is not recommended.)
**This app is not associated with Arrested Development, and is merely the creation of a fan.**
The selection of wood types puts this woodblock app first place among all other woodblock apps.
I thought this app blocked me from all social networks but this is a much better idea and I get non stop enjoyment. My cousin isn't woo'd quite yet, maybe with more practice.
Still has noticeable lag. I can tell because of my perfect internal clock, thanks to Babytock.
Why did I wait so long to get this amazing app. Best invention since the corn baller.
It's arrested development...
Better than all of them 0.99 $ peace of shit ones ... and yes "The Faceblock " sounds neat
4 stars for not offering the birch block with a large hole.
Way better than schnoodle
I invested the seed money for this app and got nothing in return. I loaned .80¢ towards the original .99¢ (times three) Otherwise, this is a great app. It does need a bigger selection of woods and grains. No quartersawn koa? Come on...I'm a pro and quite picky about the wood I'll handle.
It's great but I have a few of concerns: 1. You're not allowed to use the app at sea, according to maritime law. 2. Too many ads for Cloudmir Vodka. 3. It's too easy to get hooked!
Thank you George Maharis.
Finally I can play Balls in the Air.
Absolutely wonderful. Revolutionary. Electric instruments at its best
I don't know, don't worry about it
The internet truly has everything.
Works so well that I now have no friends on my Facebook!
Hello Darkness, my old friend...
This Maeby the best app ever.
Way better than schnoodle
Enough options for the block enthusiast
amazing
This sucks
Hilarious
Yes
I was looking for a smooth wood block app that let you change wood type and hole diameter. This one can be opened in a pinch to brag to your friends about your internal clock.
Maeby it's just me but this is the best thing since the re-release of Les Cousins Dangereux! The app holds much promise and I'm excited for the anti-piracy and privacy updates. It's definitely still a beta version since my band STILL ended the song a beat early even after this app. Goes to show the sheer amount of virtuoso talent required to play the Fakeblock. Seriously, Juilliard should consider having a Fake Block concentration in their new Woodblock Department.
Great app. Nice wood/hole size selection. Best wood-block app on the market. Jim Cramer was right, this company is a hypothetical buy.
I tried the other woodblock apps, and they were a compete waste of 99c, times three! This is so good, no-one is going to buy a real woodblock again! I think the woodblock industry are going to come after this guy, I wouldn't be surprised to see an imprisoned developer.
it would be inappropriate to say I've made a huge mistake..in installing this app... the blocks are veneers so how can we get a true sound furthermore the veneer does not match the species.... although it helps me sound more like the human metronome that I am.... thanks even though its not perfect
Great app reminds me of my Babytock, was the smartest baby in town. How I miss those nights in the cot sometimes burning my little fingers.
Really disappointed that there is no differentiation between strike angle/orientation of grain vs the pitch as you would expect. I also experienced horrifying lag that has called into question my internal clock. I'm also a bit skeptical a large hole maple would have that sound. More work is needed for perfection.
Great app. Love the attention to detail. But wouldn't it be better to call it "The Fakeblock"? It's cleaner. Like "The Netflix."
Though The FakeBlock is the quintessential woodblock app for those without perfect internal timing, was it developed by the same George Maharis that was arrested in a men's room in 1974? I would like to be associated with a name with less stigma attached to it.
This perfectly plummets Piracy while providing powerful personal protection. In fact, the fabulous Fakeblock works so well even I can't figure out who I am.
One side effect. The more I use it, the more I feel attracted to Maeby...
An accurate reproduction of George Maharis's Fakeblock.
I'm so happy to find this in the Something Play store.
Still has noticeable lag. I can tell because of my perfect internal clock, thanks to Babytock.
At long last, the app I've been wanting. Now I can get into Julliard... as soon as they open a woodblock department.

The app (in name as well as varying wood grains & hole size)George-Michael and P-Hound spent some coding as well as shelling out "$0.99 x 3" to investigate other woodblock apps. Here's to a *hopeful* Julliard alumnus for George-Michael Bluth. May the force be with you.
