Nos últimos anos, a DIOCESE DE SÃO MATEUS vinha acalentando, com muita esperança, um antigo sonho: TER UMA EMISSORA DE RÁDIO A SERVIÇO DA EVANGELIZAÇÃO.


Nosso Bispo Emérito , Dom Aldo Gerna , como zeloso pastor, acolheu, com prudente alegria, a iniciativa de um grupo de cristãos leigos e leigas que arrendou a Rádio – 94,7-FM, com o propósito de realizar esse sonho. Desde então, a emissora recebeu o nome de KAIRÓS-FM. Este título significa TEMPO DE DEUS, TEMPO DA GRAÇA. "A GIFT FOR THE DIOCESE OF ST MATTHEW IN ITS MORE THAN FIFTY YEARS OF WALK"
