O Gourmex é o aplictivo de delivery completo onde você pode fazer seu pedido nas empresas cadastradas. Ele disponibiliza o comércio eletrônico de pizzarias, lanchonetes, disk águas, floriculturas, pet shops e outros tipos de lojas e restaurantes que trabalhem com entregas (delivery).
O Gourmex é sempre uma mão na roda no hora de pedir seu delivery! Veja abaixo quais são as etapas para pedir pela internet.
1) Escolha o delivery
Digite seu cep para descobrir quais estabelecimentos entregam no seu endereço ou selecione sua cidade para ver todos os estabelecimentos filiados.
2) Escolha a Loja e veja os produtos
Navegue pelos estabelecimentos e escolha o de seu interesse. Veja os produtos e faça o seu pedido pela internet nos estabelecimentos que permitem esta facilidade. A taxa de entrega é calculada automaticamente pelo sistema.
3) Revise o pedido
Confira os produtos escolhidos, o endereço e escolha a forma de pagamento. Atualize o seu telefone, para caso o estabelecimento precise entrar em contato com você. Clique em “Finalizar Pedido”.
4) Agora é só aguardar!
O pedido é automaticamente encaminhado para o estabelecimento. Você receberá um email confirmando se o seu pedido será atendido. Basta aguardar seu produto chegar ou retirá-lo no endereço informado pelo estabelecimento.
Observações Importantes
Para realizar o seu pedido você pode optar por se cadastrar e fazer login no sistema ou preencher um simples formulário sem a necessidade de login.
Para sua segurança e comodidade os estabelecimentos só podem receber pedidos se estiverem conectados ao sistema de pedidos no exato momento em que seu pedido estiver sendo realizado, ou seja, se o estabelecimento estiver “online”.
Se a conexão com a Internet do estabelecimento cair ou se a loja não abrir em um determinado dia ou horário, o sistema não permite que o seu pedido seja realizado. Isso evita que você tenha que se preocupar se o seu pedido será realmente recebido pela loja naquele momento.
Caso o estabelecimento esteja operando, mas não perceba o seu pedido dentro de 3 minutos, o sistema realiza uma ligação telefônica para a loja avisando que o seu pedido está aguardando confirmação.
