Find my iMpulse

Worked the first time, then it didn't work at all! Such a disappointment overall with the kickstarter :-

All I have to say is learn how to set the controller up. There are forums where you can get help. If you go to their web page you can find how to update the controller easily. For all the ones having issues, all I have to say is user error because the Impulse Controller works as it should.

firmware 1.2.1 seems to brake this app

The device has been paired with both a nexus 7 lte running stock 4.4.4 Kitkat and a nexus 5 running stock 5.0.1 lollipop. neither time did the device ring after the toast notification came up saying it was sent. When I turn on the device it does make the little chirp noise and the triangle flashes so I know the little speaker on the impulse works but not with this app. If I a, doing something wrong please let me know because having this function work would be awesome. Thanks

If you do a firmware upgrade which is documented basically nowhere. Found the info by accident. Update: doesnt beep anymore.

Such a huge waste of time. If you bought this device i am sorry for you. Not a simple part of this item worked.

If you think it doesn't work: Have you associated your device with your phone yet? Is Bluetooth enabled? Works great for me. If you think it only works once: Did you stop the alarm with the triangle button and try it immediately again? 'cause that doesn't work. If you turn it back off (triangle button) and THEN try it again, it works fine.

I've used the function twice now to find my impulse controller on two separate devices. No problems either time. Getting the controller to work in apps is a different struggle altogether.

Phone is paired and supposedly functional. Would love to revise my review as I had high hopes for this device. Galaxy S4

App says alarm has been triggered, but no sound comes! What good is a silent alarm to find impulse? It just might be better staying lost! Highly disappointed :(

Just have to keep in mind that the controller can NOT be connected to the device when using it. Read the manual people!

This let me pretend that I had my iMpulse. I even made the whistle noises and pretended that it found my keys. Will probably be cooler once I have mine.

Clicking the button on the screen to do absolutely nothing was TOTALLY worth the Kickstarter..but since it won't play games either, why not...

So I can't type anything unless the controller is connected. Also, this app doesn't work.

Read the directions people! This app is real handy!

Great to have this extra functionality on the Impulse Controller! I think that blinking the lights too would be nice. It would also be nice if you could have an option to force it to beep even if sound is turned off on the controller. Does it automatically beep when your impulse goes out of range? Oh yeah, and rename it "Impulse Finder" so that they sit next to each other in our app lists. Thanks for more great apps!
