Love this app! Great company. The prices are great and items ship crazy fast. There's a wide range of products and great brands I was already familiar with. I've placed 2 orders so far. No complaints, I received free sample items, fast shipping and a 10% coupon. I love the ease of having it delivered right to my door. I can definitely see this becoming a regular thing for me. You can email customer service if you have a question or issue, I have and received a response the next day.

I love Boxed! I hate shopping in stores. Every order has saved me time and money. I love the free samples! I was leery about trying the Prince & Springs products because I tend to shop name brands. Boy was I surprised! The kitchen garbage bags are much more sturdy than the Glad Force Flex I was using. The toilet paper is soft and thick enough to do the job without tearing. I used to use Northern Ultra toilet paper. Before P&S I only bought Kleenex or Puffs facial tissue, again, very happy I switched! Great products and great value.

I Had a problem with the app that it wouldn't let me order anything. I contacted the help Center TWICE months ago and never got ANY message back. I thought it would be a great useful app but they won't even help me order anything. Huge disappointment.

The app it self is fine. The company itself though...my god how is everyone saying they enjoy this? The prices are sky high compared to stores. Literally nearly everything I looked at was doubled. And if you shop at Sam's the prices there are like 3 times lower than what Boxed is selling for. I don't get it. Sure free shipping but that doesn't our way how much more they charge in the end.

Absolutely love boxed. I am a repeat customer. Deals are good and huge off on first order thru combination of referral code ibotta and amex card. Then trhu referrals got more credit and almost got 2 purchases entirely for free. I had already ordered 5-6 times. I kind of loved the small handwritten note but couldn't see that in past 2 orders

Great app ! I have ordered 3 times from this app & have compared the prices to my local grocery stores & Sam's club & they are way cheaper than both !

I loaded this app on my phone, twice, and both times it gave me an error that said "The Configuration Must Be Retrieved Before Proceeding" and a retry button, but when I tapped the retry button, I kept getting the same result. I couldn't get to the website and there was no other info.

They used to be great then their customer service turned invisible, expect no help

I like the selection and I think its great if you live far from a store but the prices are the same as or more expensive than at any store like Walmart and Publix. So if you live close to a store it isn't saving anything but it will be a lifesaver if you live far away or travel for work, like truck driving where the mark ups at truck stops are outrageous. Send an order to a truck terminal you work for then pick it up and save thousands.

The prices are way higher than other stores. I got a 2 pack of tresemme for 9.00 dollars at Walmart and here it's 15 for the same size. You're nuts paying these prices!

I'm genuinely curious to know how they get around truth in advertising laws calling their prices "wholesale" when every single one is significantly higher than ANY grocery store sells them for, and usually higher than the worst convenience store price. If have no problem with them gouging customers for the convenience of home delivery. But how do they get away with claiming they are wholesale prices? They are like DOUBLE what you would get at a Wholesale store like Sams Club or BJs. Every time I clicked on a new category, I actually found myself getting ANGRIER at this company for blatantly lying to customers about having low prices. I truly don't know why they haven't been under fire with the attorney general of EVERY state over their false advertising.

I like ordering and having everything delivered to my front door because being disable it's very convenient people should try it I believe they would like it thank you.

Target will ship all this for free too, and most of the time the price is the same or better at Target.

Fast, efficient, no drama. They always offergreat samples. They sent a free art kit to turn the box into an aquarium, it was not a cheap kit. Full set of markers, paint, tubes of glitter....my kids are so excited to make the box

Have now placed three orders. Service has been prompt and on time. Sometimes a product is out of stock but is the same with other drive to wholesale stores so not a big issue. We are saving money.

Great because you don't have to buy a membership. Convenient because you don't have to go to their crowded warehouse.
