If I could give negative stars for this app I would. Every time I start this stupid app it initiates 10 iterations of two document uploads and buggers my phone up so that I have to turn it off. I don't get notifications because there are 20 stupid pointless Box uploads that I can't clear. I go into swearing fits everyone I accidently start this damned thing.

The app is visually appealing, but the features are quite limited. Most annoyingly, the pass code screen has been buggy for months, and Box doesn't seem to have any plans to fix it. No way to input the pass code with a keyboard, and the much announced fingerprint feature is missing too. Contacting support has been useless, as they won't commit to anything.

It's a decent app that works as well as Dropbox. But it's not quite there. For one, it doesn't remember the last visited location, which is annoying. And the ghost notifications bug still persists. Really annoying!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS APP! I used it for my business and when I decided to deactivate it to go with a different app, ALL MY FILES WERE DELETED. This caused financial loss. Don't trust this app with your business. Also, it will not even allow me to click on the login box. It immediately gives an error message about my phones display needing to be changed.

Works well. I too was getting frustrated with "phantom uploads" appearing. If this happens please UNINSTALL THEN REINSTALL the app! Worked for me. Issue hasn't reappeared.

Keeps dropping authentication. Have to SSO almost every time. Needs to work without having to login each time. SSO is set up and being used. Doesn't work well IMHO.

Features like "make folder available offline", download ALWAYS fail. Upload of files also hangs and does not completely finish. And when I open the box app again the upload is queued. This is forcing me to move for other apps like Dropbox or OneDrive,but the free space box provides is 50 GB, so have to stick to it and hope the issues and bugs are released in future releases.

No "Send To" available on right-click under Windows. Makes it inconvenient to push files to Box from Windows Explorer. Generous storage allowance for personal users.

Recent updates have had permission creep. App now reads your CONTACTS!!!! Why??? This is a serious intrusion into user privacy. No thanks!!!!

Gone downhill. I've used this app for years and recently have lost the ability to email files directly from the app, ie..not having to download then email. This is very bad for me as I have important records uploaded there, namely medical records that I have found very useful to have in my Box so that when I am somewhere in an emergency I can simply get an email address and send them all of the information that they need. Please fix this ASAP! or I will have to move to a different program and I have been with Box for many years.

I can't see a way to multi select. One of the main things you need to do with online photo storage for original photos (not compressed by Google photos' free tier) is delete the mediocre pictures. You need to see several at once and quickly mark the ones you plan to delete. But that's impossibly slow here. You can find a tiled view but it has no multi select. The default view has previews so tiny you can't even see what they are, and the app keeps jumping back to the default view.

Help!! Don't get me wrong, LOVE THIS APP, LOVE BOX! Been using it for years. But now all of a sudden it won't let me upload my voice files (mp3's) I have recorded on my moto g phone, worked fine before, now giving me error message saying that it can't upload this file type... ? What? :) please help me with this, if I can't upload my recordings I don't know what I'll do. :(

Photos above are misleading. Can't see My pics while trying to organize them. Little tiny pics with no option to change. Never seen no stupid sh*t like that. Removing My media, and uninstalling this crap app.

Deceptive screenshots of app! There are no thumbnail views in this app any longer, like what's shown here. Only tiny little icon views. This app has turned to crap!

All of a sudden app is forbidding any uploads or actions claiming I must disable brightness dimmers. I disabled automatic brightness on my phone and still nothing works. Unacceptable really. Pls fix immediately.

Goodish app, I very usefull. Cloud Service is brilliant however the app feels unusual and has limitations. Doesn't sync large folders and large files. I currently use a third party to sync my storage most of the time

Fix it please, it keeps freezing my mobile up, especially when I had to force stop the app and clear the cache, it continued, to act as if it is broken..

Get rid of the "disable screen (brightness) dimmer or brightness correction."

I'm just trying to view some photos that were emailed to me. Why do I need to log in or create an account just to view photos?

Overall pretty happy with the services ! Switched from Google drive .
