Force closes when trying to view maps

I've been using this app for about several years now. Just 1 thing: the 34 Street-Hudson Yards station on the 7 line should've been added on the subway map as soon as the station opened. Please take care of this asap. No issues otherwise and thanks!

It gave me problems like shutting off when I wanted to see what The MTA were saying about delays and other stuff that was happening, but that was on my Kyocera Rise phone! I'm about to install this app on my new Kyocera Vibe phone and see what happens with this phone and how it would take! Until then people, I'll keep you posted on the progress! Service status is very helpful, but the app takes longer to load. The subway map needs to be updated since it's been four years already.

I like the look and feel, but launching the map still causes it to crash, rendering it virtually useless. You gotta fix this! Droid 2 Global.

Does not give detailed info like others; it has the basics.

Pros: Very fast status updates & format is similar to the MTA website. Con: Map crashes the app!! Installed another app to supplement this one. DroidX

NYC bus maps would make it complete

App closes when u try to access the map.

Great app. Let's you know if your train is delayed and if you will wait a long time..also the map feature is a plus!!!

Shuts down when map is clicked on

This app installed. Opened to check map features. After a delay/unresponsiveness, current line status was displayed. When trying to select "map" option, app did nothing after multiple presses. Finally displayed map. Tried to switch back to service alert screen and it froze. UNINSTALLED

Slow to load and frequently freezes or crashes. Moto X, Android 4.4

Good with service and delays however force closes app when you try to open the subway map. Please fix.

This app is very helpful.

This so is barely useful. No trip planning and requires the Interweb to use (no caching). Meh.

Great app! The map is fixed now.

Updated to latest version but still crashes when trying to open the map. Service status still works though.

Latest update is terrible. Loads slowly and crashes frequently.

Need to update the map. ..jay street metrotech is not there.
