Such a great app. Easy to use and support team is so friendly and helpful. Love the payment method and quick delivery. Prices are great too.

Looks professional and user friendly. However on website they advertise that they service Pretoria but the app does not allow you to order from Pretoria.

I live in Seattle. They don't deliver here. Excluding major metropolitan areas seems like a poor business strategy

I like it! I would just like to be able to see the prices of the items in the menu, because right now you have to tap the item which brings up the price and "add to cart" option.

Works well. live West Johannesburg. Got my order within 30 min. One small thing. You should add a tab that allows you to confirm order delivery. But other then that. Happy customer.

Worst app ever theres nothing in my location and plus it asks if im over 18 and the legal age is 21 come on guys get your stuff together

Great business they deliver faster than promised and even changed my order afterwards.

I put my address in but it never came up, all it did was look at south Africa!

Ordered just before closing time and the guys from Bottles were so helpful! They called to let us know which items were out of stock and could be exchanged, checked up to see if the store had contacted us, called to find out if we had received our order and followed up with their driver to find out when he would get to us. Plus, payment was really easy and I had no trouble using the promo code they sent me. Will definitely be using this app again!

Works great. I hope that credit card details are encrypted (the fact that your plain-text password is confirmed via emails shows their security is not up to scratch). A Snapscan payment option would be great. Will definitely use again though.

This app is pretty useless, firstly I could not use the referral code that my friend had give me and then it tells me that the store is closed. Part of the purpose of having an app loke this is being able to deliver alcohol after hours right????? Would rather just purchase my alcohol whilst the bottle store is still operating..... waste of data and phone storage

A lot of unnecessary hassle to set up and it simply doesn't work. Now they have my credit card details, my email address (yay, yet another source of constant spam) and I still don't have any beer to show for it. Thanks guys. Great job.

Most useless app I've ever downloaded. Whats the point of having an alcohol delivery service that closes at 10pm. I might as well go to tops. Dont download waste of data. Even if your downloading via wifi rather watch a YouTube video or something.

Simply outstanding! Easy to download, browse and order. I had my ice cold drinks and my snacks delivered to me in no time. Excellent service and a great app! I will certainly be using more of bottles in the years to come.

Woke up, ordered 6 craft beers, it arrived in 60 minutes. Very impressed, never thought it would be that easy. Maybe a login with FB or Google option? Other than that the apps phenomenal

Awesome app! Really happy with the quick service and follow up! One thing I would suggest is that the expensive Whiskeys be transported in a cardboard box rather than a paper bag, for safety sake!

Ordered for R300. They withdrew money and never delivered. No response to emails. They have no contact number. Don't use this!!!! You are warned

Haven't placed an order yet, the app is pretty easy to use. I think it's a brilliant idea and service! My Durban area doesn't provide snacks, charcoal but will probably get added hopefully. Looking forward to using it. What is your trading hours or delivery hours?

When this app works it is great. However the "find yiur location" function serioysly flawed and frustrating.

Uninstalling now, it seems like they failing to maintain it. Lately not getting anything when trying to order says 'no store got my stuff'

Very fast service. The promised delivery in under an hour, and it got here in 20 minutes. I'm impressed! I'll definitely be using it again.
