Bank of Botetourt

I'M LOOKING FOR A BANK ACCOUNT THAT ALLOWS ME ONLINE AND MOBILE ACCESS

Bank of Botetourt is truly the very best bank in Southwest VA! In business since 1899, you know it is a bank you can trust. They really do take good care of their customers.

It's OK to get a idea of what you have but for some reason it always says I have way more than what I actually have like the app doesn't keep up with what is actually being taken out of your account till a few days after

It's a good app

About every other month I get an error message. Then I have to uninstall n reinstall this app. VERY inconvenient!!

Only problem is sometimes. I can't log in, but it is usually later in the night.

It badly needs fixed

Why is it that the iPhone app allows you to deposit checks with your phone but the android app does not? I'm going off to college very far away and I would like the ability to deposit my checks immediately. That is why I chose Bank of Botetourt over other local or national banks. It is extremely annoying to not have a capability that was promised to me just because I have a certain operating system that DOMINATES the smartphone market by over 50%. All you have to do is fix it and I will be happy.

It gets the job done well. Though the design is a little bare bones. The experience is very simple and straightforward. It's nice to finally have a mobile banking app for the Bank of Botetourt! One huge feature that would be awesome to see is the ability to deposit checks directly from the app via a picture (similar to what "Bank of America", "BB&T", "Wells Fargo" have in their apps). That's feature would be extremely helpful due to the fact that there are a limited about of Bank of Botetourt locations
