Keeps me aware and on tract to even small steps to improvement. Provides many ideas from others with same issues on what to try to gain improvement. I hope my doctor offers this app. to all his patients and takes time to get to know patients individually to enlighten and help relieve patients. Enlightenment and guidance is the best way to get people off many destructive chemicals. Nutrition and herbals should be added to choices as well as other alternatives...self hypnisis, aroma therapy, pet, music therapy....progressive relaxation...ect. This is a great program!

I have taken medication for chronic pain and it helped but several months ago I had an obstruction of the bowel my doctor told me that I would have to go to a pain clinic but I couldn't afford it because I work and my insurance doesn't pay for a whole lot and the pain clinic is so far like 25 to 30 miles and now I am getting this numbing sensation in my back rib cage and right leg down to my knees and my knees keep hurting very bad. I don't know what is going on with my body now.

K70%

Good record keeper

K70%
by K####:

I love this app

K70%
by K####:

It's a good way to chart my life instead of relying on my memory. This will help my Pain. Management Doc see how I'm doing. He has chosen to practice just to not lose his license. He's throwing any patient input out the window. Another of my Docs with a God Complex since my 3 failed back surgeries from '13-'14

K70%
by K####:

Still clunky, to log I need to click edit before inputting each aspect, could this not just be a screen with options, then next takes me to the niece question. Some questions are really unclear and some of the "insights" are curious. An example: it tells me how pain affects my mood. How do they know it isn't my mood affecting my pain? This reinforces the frustrating aspect of pain. This might mean I have a differing view of pain from the app creators. If I do I hope they have solid evidence for what they claim. The recording of activity is weirdly worded, they don't ask about how pain affects my day but take my answer to show it does. Scales are shown across two lines so 8 is further left than 4. I could go on. So many wee bits of this app are just not quite there that using it is frustrating. Death by papercuts comes to mind.

K70%
by K####:

It's a good start for easily daily charting of pain levels but find some categories too narrowed. With improvements this app would be quite helpful.

K70%
by K####:

So far it's ok I just started it today not sure if I want to give out my personal phone number you do have my email and I feel that's enough to contact me if needed

E70%
by E####:

Could be 5 stars but I've had to log multiple days twice, missing Sunday some how. I hope it's not like this all the time.. otherwise it's just too much to keep up with.

N70%
by N####:

I was hoping for something I could enter my info into. So far I just click to answer questions. I have too many other things to do.

I like the idea of having a app to learn more about the situation of learning more about the pain clinics in Kentucky, and I hope I can get into one of the clinics in Kentucky that doesn't require me to get the shots to get the pain medications I need,as the shots don't help me with the pain I have, and run my type 2 diabetes sugar higher than it should be, my wife gets the same injections, and the shots put her in the hospital with ketoacidosis and other problems, would like to know what if anything our options are,we are hoping to get some info that would help us out with the problems we are going through, any help with this matter would be a great help if anybody could help us with, thank you kindly, waiting to hear about help on this matter and I hope soon.!.!!

When I go to the a new Dr., or even to my primary, they always ask and sometimes, I feel so bad, now I hope I can show them this.

The medication list is very limited. They need to add more. Also it would be nice to print my log so that I can show my doctor.

I've just started so I might have to alter rating at a later time. It won't allow me to submit some info without doctor's email which is not available to me.

The app worked really well and helped me be much more objective in determining what does and doesn't work. Thanks so much!

E70%
by E####:

This app sucks! It worked for the first day I had it, and I have been getting an error message ever since on everything and anything I try to do on this app. I have chronic pain...The last thing I need is an app that makes things worse because it is a poorly built app... I removed thus extremely poor excuse for an app
