App is pretty easy until the last few screens in which suddenly the buttons at the bottom of the screen is blocked by the home button and I can't checkout. Such a waste of time.

App used to give incentives and deals for dining in but now nothing ever comes up. Garbage app. I don't need a bp menu on my phone

Doesn't ever let you add 7 cheese ravioli for some reason

Used to be great but the last few times I've tried to use it it gets stuck trying to place the order...a hand with dots circling it even though there is full connection. Waste of time to go through the process of placing the order then it doesn't work. Disappointed as it was a great app.

Before I had my phone reboot I was able to log in good. Now I can't log in at all I even try to create new account still nothing and I even try to Uninstall and install till can't log in. Fix the damn app

It refuses to remember my address, and keeps adding an apartment number that isn't mine. I'm deleting this app and will just use the website. Terrible!

App will not accept my address for delivery. Annoying. The map needs updating or something.

It does what it should but it has no icon. All I get is the Android head with the text Boston Pizza below it.

Used to work great, but now it says no Internet connection when I try to log in. Fix the damn app.

What are you updating? Used it the day. The store got the order wrong, couldn't get a detailed invoice of what we ordered. Not to pleased.

Flagged by Antivirus program! Threat. Plus it doesn't even work, never able to log in. Absolute garbage.

Wouldn't let me submit order, prices were not correct (app said my order was $36 restaurant actually charged me $76), half the items in the app are not available for pickup or delivery...why even offer them as an option then? Was frankly angering to use this app and I will most likely not order delivery or take out from Boston Pizza in the future as a result

can't sign up with my email, says "something went wrong" and that's it. Uninstalling, no use without loging in... :p

It always says my address is incorrect when it isn't and there for I can't ever order from it, also can't customise my food as I would want to.

I have never experienced a delivery service so unreliable in my life

The app is inconsistent with weather it will use my address or not. Can't put in my buzzer or apartment number so it makes the delivery people lives harder and that sucks. No pre payment. Now with Skip The Dishes and UberEats there is no need to use this app from the stone age

Even though I know the store is open, I cannot use the app on Sundays. It always tells me the store is closed (at 7pm?)

It worked the first time i used it. Now it tells me i have an invalid address. Im using the same on as the first time i ordered

I filled out everything and all it says is something went wrong

I'm very disappointed with this app. It will not let me sign up or sign in. Just keeps telling me "something went wrong". I'm pretty sure I know how 2 sign up so I don't think it's me especially since I was reading the reviews and see that many others are having the same issue.

I was excited to install this app because I love BP, but the excitement didn't last long. It keeps telling me "that address is not valid". I'm pretty sure I know better than them where I live. This app is totally useless to me.

Trying to sign up and it just keeps telling me something went wrong. Looks like a common theme. Completely useless app. Shame because we eat there all the time.
