Der Bosch Retrofit eCall bietet Ihnen als Service einen Unfallmeldedienst und dadurch einen wichtigen Schutz für unterwegs. Um die umfassenden Funktionen des Unfallmeldedienstes verwenden zu können, benötigen Sie neben dieser App einen Retrofit eCall Stecker (TEP110). Der Stecker wird über die 12V-Steckdose bzw. den Zigarettenanzünder Ihres Fahrzeugs mit Strom versorgt und ist per Bluetooth mit Ihrem Smartphone verbunden.

Automatischer Unfallalarm:
Wenn der Retrofit eCall Stecker einen Aufprall detektiert (plötzliche Änderung der Beschleunigungswerte und Überschreitung von Grenzwerten), z. B. durch einen Auffahrunfall, wird eine Meldung an die Retrofit eCall App weitergegeben. In dieser Meldung sind wertvolle Informationen enthalten wie: Stärke des Aufpralls, Ihr Standort, … - diese Informationen können unter Umständen lebensrettend sein. Daraufhin wird eine Sprechverbindung über Ihr Smartphone mit unserem Service Center hergestellt. Anschließend klären wir mit Ihnen die weiteren Maßnahmen vor Ort ab (z. B.
