About OTC 3200 Smart Battery Tester
The OTC 3200 Smart Battery Tester interfaces with an Android smart device to allow the technician to quickly test the battery, starting and charging systems in 3 minutes or less. The small, lightweight tester uses patented technologies to accurately test batteries, even when partially discharged.
Within 3 seconds of the battery tester being connected, a QR code is displayed. After downloading the OTC3200 app on a smart phone or tablet, technicians can immediately view battery test data by scanning the QR code on the battery tester. Instructions are also noted on the tool on how to complete the starting and charging system test and display another QR code containing the full test results. Full battery, starting and charging system test results are displayed on your smart device and can be shared via email or printed. Smart devices paired with the tester must have an auto-focusing, rear-facing camera to meet full requirements.

I have a Droid mini and every time I get to scan screen the app crashes. I've talked with OTC and haven't gotten any help. The app worked when first loaded but after first update started to crashing. Not pleased with app.

I have the HTC ONE M7, as soon as I open up the QR scan option or barcode scan option the app crashes. The whole tool is useless to me since I cannot scan the results. Please fix this issue.

Installed the new update, and the app STILL crashes when you try to use the camera. Basically I wasted $500 on a tool that I can't use, will be returning it this week.

Love this thing so far! It gives my Midtronics a run for it's money and it's really affordable! I hope it works on Motorcycle batteries as well. There is an option to add the battery info. manually so I am pretty positive it will work. You can print, save or email the results also ... NICE !!! 5 Stars for the price alone !!!

keeps giving me app has encountered fatal error and must close. I've tried to reinstall and even switch the storage location multiple attempts and nothing works. I really want to use this app
