I like the new update to the app it's better to navigate and a bit faster. On the whole the app runs a bit slow in general. Overall I like it though

So far so good. Much better than the old one. Wiped all details but entered them back easily.

This updated app is terrible preferred the old one I had to enter my card number details again

So frustrating as items keep deleting from basket and hard to remember small bits you have added

Preferred the old version, which is still featured on promotional material. Also getting repeated offers that cannot be redeemed because they use the exact same coupon code. What's the point in having the app when it just diverts to the website and you have to log in separately??

I want to link parenting club and not able to. Also was very hard to link the card to the app.

It keeps emptying my basket..... so frustrsting. Shopping in boots stores for many years. But this has really pissed me off trying to buy my regular products.

LOVE the offers get loaded to your card so you don't have to remember vouchers that you might get. And they automatically pop up at the till

Its a pitty that whe you approach the till that a barcode does not appear so the csshier can scan your card easily.

This app is the same as the last Boots app, but faster, my problem is it is hard to scroll through products, if I hit the button to show me 180 products per page rather than 24 products per page and then click to view a product further, when I click back after reading about product description I am brought back to the top of my search and have to click the 180 again and start scrolling from the start again, I just exit out with frustration every time this happen

I love the new navigation on the app but it doesn't have a selfie mirror to check make up and self on the go like the superdrug app does and can't scan my card to get my details in though have the latest version of the app.

Have same problem as most people can't scroll down to see all my offers.but otherwise great app

App sucks it's like been made by 3rd grader really bad

I don't know if that is just my case, but it isn't technically an app once I open the menu it opens as a new tab in chrome and it's not as handy as an app usually is without the rigmarole that chrome usually causes

Nice app that provides daily deals. It would be great if it stored my shopping history list so that I can see deals on them and even order out of store and collect in store.

Absolutely fantastic app. So easy to navigate, and you get special clubcard offers that you can't get in store. A must for any Boots shopper who loves earning points!

I use to like this app but now i cannot register my boots card which means i don't have access to my a/c.

Not great, the UX needs a lot of improvement throughout.

Still finding my way around. Not sure Im using correctly yet.

This is so handy to see the offers in store. I like that you can see offers tailored to what you buy most in boots but also you can see how much points you have on your card. Use the app regularly

The app takes you to the internet page rather than having everything in the app. Anytime I've tried to buy anything it won't accept my points or my credit card but if I go on to the website on laptop it does

Very buggy app. Gives me a UK number to call (in a pop up) when I have issues, but doesn't actually make it clear that the number provided is not Irish and you have to add the international dialing code first. Shouldn't have to trawl the website to find a different number to call when you've gone to the effort to create a pop up message

First I had problem to download the app. I got help from Boots staff when I came home to purchase the product I wasn't able to open the page I was keeping touching the screen to get to that product no chance. I tried later again and and nothing happened. Sad. Also for me it's much explanation for using the advantages card and all other deals. I don't have time to play and look around it will be great if the app was popping all the information /offers to me.

Sometimes when I try to go through to checkout,ie,..click on my basket,it automatically brings me back to the page I was trying to leave,it can happen numerous times in a row. I normally have to x out of the app and go back in. In this case,what I ordered may or may not be still in my basket. I have found the app in general a little bit frustrating.

Very disappointed with this can't use app in store at all. The only benefit having it on phone is to see offers and my current balance

Can't even login, can't use the scan card feature. Poor interface as it behaves responsively like the mobile site does. It's jittery, and definitely not user friendly.

Easy to navigate through and great to order on line with. The only issue is with the collect in store the next day, it has never been the next day no matter how early I submit an order. That is more a Boots issue than the app.

Love love love boots!! I can buy things i need like tooth brushes or bany products and get points rather then getting nothing anywhere else

The offers are getting a bit less frequent and are not tailored to what I spend my money on in boots it's just the same offers for everyone. I've compared with friends. Also the back button on my phone drags you all the way back to the home screen which Is annoying when you are mid shop. The search function isn't very broad I have missed things I was looking for unless in type in the name exactly. I love that my full advantage card number is stored in it though as I forget my card regularly and it is easier for the staff to put the number in manually than trying to remember to bring back a validated receipt.

Issues with app. Put 2 items in shopping cart, went to a different section to get something else and when I put that in cart the first 2 items disappeared. Very frustrating and resulted in me buying nothing

I like the app allot nut I have a couple of problems I like to be taken into consideration. Firstly when you want to add an item to favourites you have to choose your shade which I disagree with because just because I like the item doesn't necessarily mean that I am going to buy it. Secondly when it asks you to rate it you cannot use the app without rating it.

Previous version was better. Dont like the new layout. Wiped out all my details and doesnt have option of offers used like previously

I can't use your app. I'm trying to use my special "just for you" offers but every time I add something new to my basket it deletes the previously added items. I've tried viewing basket after an addition and clicking continue shopping but nothing works.

New version is a disaster. Won't let just log in. Wants me to add a boots card, when I do that it says I'm already registered. Ended up having to change passwords 3 times and still can't log in. the old version was perfect. Don't know why they changed it

Since the app updated my baby club offers no longer appear and these were gr8 as my son is only 4 months old and helped me with costs

Previous versions were great. New version cleared everything and the look and feel of it is terrible. Also no more 500 points vouchers??

Latest update has wiped out all my details, trying to load my card details again and app not accepting them ????????

Not a great site unable to do multi shop have to do it individually loads of hic cups as expected with a new app

Previous one was better. I had to register again & my points & details had been deleted. Not very user friendly.
