I was hoping this update would be an improvement but actually worse - I skip the first screens and then get stuck on the get notifications screen, and then can't exit the app at all. *Awful*. Ps, tried uninstalling and adding again. Same issue.

Why do you have to add advantage card details again? Poor continuity.

Downloaded it to my phone worked for all of five mins and crashed and forgot my details twice tried getting back in and date of birth would not go above 7 and month and year didnt work either. Could not sign in so im not using this app till its fixed!

UAT fail. Does not work on Android 6.0.1 maybe you should get someone to test it before release next time. Freezes on last intro screen.

Not happy, updated to the new app, stuck on tour, does nothing, now lost my offers, don't bother telling me you'll let the developers, you need to actually sort it.

Can't get past the quick tour, have uninstalledd and reinstalled but still not working

So the app updated, I enter all details required, now it won't even open only boots logo shows then crashes and closes even after clearing all cache!!

Completely unreliable. What's the point if the app keeps forgetting card details? Might as well just carry the card.

Could be better...But I have heard they are working on improving it .....So time will tell.I buy alot from Boots ESP.when points are on offers.

Since download upgrade I CANNOT access it and can't even re register or put in my date of birth. What is going on.

Love the new lay out easy to use and brighter and now instead of paper voucher can just show it on ur phone must better

Once adding my ad card details again and moving from wifi onto 4g the app won't open at all !

I like being able to load offers to my advantage card, much better. However this app doesn't let you join or manage the Boots Parenting Club (for which there is no separate app) and the shopping section is super buggy and doesn't automatically link to your account. Definitely room for improvement and is nothing more than a points monitoring app, really.

Only useful for seeing any extra offers. When I loaded the 'birthday month' offer, it worked the first time after and only the first time. So pretty disapointed. What happened to the rest of the month? Used to actually work the whole entire month when the paper coupon used to be sent out. The app doesn't seem that useful at the moment. Please improve the validity of the coupons once loaded on to the card.

Love this app and points are still being added but app doesn't load after initial Boots logo has gone. So am screen shotting my offers so I can see what I've got. Such a shame. Works ok on wifi. UPDATE. 27.07.16 Still not working on 4G. Fine on wifi and for the first time an offer didn't work. I clicked on the 100 points with any lipstick or mascara, purchased a mascara but didn't get the points. UPDATE 26.08.16. App still not working on 4G/3G. Only wifi. Have deleted and reinstalled but no change

Installed to try order a photo printout. upload successful but next step said "Sorry, we can't connect you to the network. Please check you've enabled WIFI or you've got a 3G/4G signal" every time! really? If I am not connected then why photo uploading is successful? I mean, this app is not simply to collect user photos .... right...?

Love the app and now with parenting club I get so many offers. I use my coupon the other day for 25% off bottles and because I click on rhe same app offer I ended up getting 50% off a bottle. Same happen on bath products for baby had a double amount come off. Only thing now is I can't get into the app to look at offers might be a technical hitch with system normanlly works perfectly

Just loaded to do a quick bit of shopping for some maternity items I need. Loaded card details fine and told me my points, Searches fine but seems to crash any time I try to add anything to my basket. So far haven't managed to add anything so will need to go to main website, which defeats point of having the app!

Just updated the app but on opening I can't get any further than the quick tour. Have tried to skip the tour but it won't let me. Very frustrating, might uninstall the update. UPDATE 10/3/17 have uninstall and reinstalled the app numerous times since yesterday and also rebooted my phone but still cannot get any further than the tour. Every time I press skip it takes me to the last section of the app. Wish I hadn't updated.

This update needs you to register your advantage card number again but once details are entered I get a message saying "sorry there is a technical issue at the moment, please try again later". Uninstalled the app and downloaded again but still the problem exist. Please sort out as really would like to use the app.

Have used this app before and it was great. Recently however, the page just keeps refreshing constantly, moving around and making it impossible to click on items, and I got so frustrated I had to abandon a large shop. A recent update didn't help. Disappointing.

Please PLEASE can you stop the 'back' button going directly to the homepage!! It's so bl@@dy annoying when you're trying to compare two products that you've found and have to search again and again. Most shopping apps have this as a basic function, why was this not included in the last update? Could be 4 stars but this is just so bad.

This app needs your date of birth to log in. However the interface won't let you jump to a year so you have to keep swiping left almost 300 times. The offers page is slower to navigate and now only shows a single offer with no idea how many are still to be scrolled through. It is a little quicker to load but much slower to use.

First of all this app doesn't work!! I've reinstalled it twice, the app just freezes and I can't get into it, I find this very annoying as I think it would be amazing app once all the bugs are sorted please fixed.

App looks better but I can't add my card. Managed once but when I wanted to choose my offers there was a technical issue and my card was deleted. Annoying.

I'm not able to add my advantage card because the date of birth section doesn't show all the months. Strange

This latest update is how this app should always have been. Clean, easy to navigate and no annoying latency and lag!

This is a fantastic update to the app. Much cleaner and less clunky. It looks great and all the features work beautifully. Congratulations Boots.

Better then the earlier version apart from entering your dob at the start as it doesn't allow you to skip to a certain year which makes it a very tedious to do and takes a long time to enter, bit ridiculous really!

Trying to register my card with the new app. The interface requesting my date of birth keeps reverting back to the year 2001 and will not allow me to complete. Why do I havev to re-register when surely my details are already stored. Consequently I am unable to view my collected advantage points or my offers. Not impressed.
